Was there recently for a short trip. Only one restaurant open. Service poor, food poor. Spa appointment was mediocre. The ice machine on the floor was inoperable and had to ask the the front desk for ice a couple of times. I left my bathing suit behind by mistake and called to get it the next day but loss services...

Visited this hotel on a long weekend with my wife and her parents. As one would expect from a Ritz-Carlton, the grounds, common area, and room were all fantastic. The staff maintained fires throughout the property and the provided S'mores was a nice touch. The food was excellent, especially the tacos. The hotel provides a shuttle to the nearby village,...

The Ritz Carlton, Bachelor Gulch was the PERFECT place for my husband 60th Birthday Family Celebration. We took three of our grandkids and our 24 year old daughter and there was something there for everyone, regardless of the age. We Dined together, the kids played in the game room, Bachelor, the Hotel dog [A Saint Bernard], was a absolute hit...

Had a lovely time at the Ritz Carlton this week with my friend . On arrival the valet and porters were well organised swift and friendly . The lounge bar had a wonderful roaring fire and my Buffalo Burger was delicious . My friend had the Buffalo dip which turned out to be sliders which she very much enjoyed ....

We had an extra night in Avon and stayed at the Ritz Bachelor Gulch. The hotel lobby ,bars and restaurants are all great! We sat on the outside patio and watched the World Series on the big screen tv in front of a fire with faux fur blankets! Can't get any better than that! The s'mores by the outdoor fire...

My now fiancé and I received 5 star, royal treatment at the Ritz Carlton in Bachelor Gulch this past weekend. My boyfriend had been planning and coordinating the proposal with Powers, the Guest Services Manager on the property, for the past weeks and we couldn't be more thrilled and grateful for the service we received. As soon as we arrived...

Beautiful Hotel, but a little isolated from downtown. I spent the night in the off season and I guess it's called that for a reason because the hotel was terribly under staffed for a Ritz expectation. Many facitlies were closed, but I'm sure the experience would have been better in season.
