Our experience at the lodge was outstanding. Peacefulness is the word that comes to mind when I think of the week we spent at the A-Lodge. Kris & Asa are doing a great job of offering a place to go for outdoor enthusiasts. The lodge is quaint (mostly) one story units that make it easy to load and unload the...

We loved everything about our stay at Boulder Adventure Lodge. Our room was big, comfortable and clean. The grounds are truly magical. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. We are looking forward to returning for a longer stay.

Spent several days in Colorado enjoying the various bike trails around Aspen, Denver, and Boulder. Came across this place on trip advisor and decided to give it a shot. By far one of the least expensive hotels in boulder, but what a gem! Perfect spot just outside town to avoid the crowds, but only a few minutes drive away from...

The A- Lodge is close to Boulder, on the bike path, it is laid back and on a beautiful creek. Boulder is getting so expensive and up scale, its nice to find a place that is down to earth. I had my bike with me and rode into town, the entire trip ( except for about 100 feet ) is...

This is my families all-time favorite place to stay when we are in Boulder/Nederland. The property is wonderful with a large park for kids and dogs to run (active creek runs length of property) while the parents relax and stretch after a day driving/flying. Lots of folks of all ages here who share the common tag of "outdoor types" whether...

Set in a remote canyon surrounded by creeks and trees, this is a beautiful property. There are hammocks everywhere, picnic tables and little nooks all around where you can relax in peace. It's quiet and peaceful and lovely to be outside. The good: -Cheap compared to the rest of Boulder -Beautiful property -Quiet -Feels remote, but is only a five-minute...

Thanks for the kind review, I really appreciate your support of small, local business owners and your recognition of the great value we aim to provide to our guests. Hope you can join us again when our lobby renovations are complete. I think you will like it! I remember talking with you about the noise in the North building. That...

During our USA road trip we ended up in Boulder, for whatever reason every accommodation was booked or overpriced, Asa really helped us out by offering us a stay in his experimental treetent. Although not very comfortable, this was the most memorable night of our trip. We could have never imagined to be so close to mountain lions, foxes and...

This is a hard review to write - we both had a somewhat awful experience and will be going back. Here's the story: We planned to stay two nights in December on a vacation-like retreat. Our initial impression was that the location is stellar, the grounds would be wonderful in the summer and the rooms themselves are "just a place...

Hi CopperLeah, Sorry to hear about the heater short cycling. I remember when this happened and we now have that heater fixed. I am so glad to hear that despite that inconvenience, you would still give us another try. I think you will really enjoy yourself this next time. Especially if our lobby renovation is finished. Either way, please remind...

We enjoyed one evening here in one of the small apartment-style rooms at Boulder Adventure Lodge. There were slacklines, a hammock, and croquet on-site! The location of this property was not too far from Boulder, either. We parked on-site and called for an Uber to pick us up, and drop us off. We will definitely stay here again!
