Stayed at the Briar Rose with a friend for a long weekend in Boulder and only have positive things to say about our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good to walk to central Boulder. The B&B is clean and the breakfasts were hearty and set us up for our active days.

The B&B is in a large old home very well remodeled with high quality hardware, plumbing, floors, tiles, lighting, electrical outlets; has a great feel to it. The proprietor and his staff treated me very well. always there for questions and guidance about the neighborhood and environs. Also, tea, coffee, cookies, muffins, any time. I've already recommended it to several...

Our three night stay at the Briar Rose Bed and Breakfast 3/14-17/2017 was simply wonderful. Briar Rose is located in a convenient location that allowed us to explore so much - we walked everywhere and drove to many excellent hiking areas. The service, the hospitality and the restaurant recommendations were appreciated. We welcomed the quiet peaceful atmosphere. It felt like...

We loved the Briar Rose Bed and Breakfast and would highly recommend it! Check in was friendly and quick. We were offered hot tea and fresh made cookies anytime we requested. We even were able to choose from a large variety of loose leaf teas and it was brought to our room on a lovely tray. A larger room was...

We had a very nice stay. The staff is friendly and personable, and were very accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean, and despite its proximity to a busy street, the place was quiet. We will be back!

Fantastic Bed and Breakfast, room warm and cozy, duvet was plumped up and did not flatten all night! I think it was full of ectoplasm! Sumptuous but not too hot. Breakfast was amazing and cooked fresh to order, great coffee and a menu of teas. Wish we could have stayed longer. Plenty of parking. Also has Zen meditation studio.

Great short stay. Friendly check in and in the morning the breakfast crew could not do enough for us. We were there on pancake day. Fantastic! And the chocolate and banana bread was so scrumptious Rooms are comfortable and well appointed

My daughter and I recently stayed while visiting the CU campus. This was my first time at a B&B and can't say enough positives about Briar Rose. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfasts were amazing, and the room was comfortable and spotless. Much cleaner than a hotel and eco-friendly. The location is perfect for CU and Pearl Street. My...

So glad you had a great stay during your campus visit. If she chooses CU, it would be our pleasure to be your 'home away from home' if/when you come visit her here at school; and of course, if her college aspirations take her elsewhere we wish her the best in her schooling! Thanks again for staying with us!

This was the lodging of choice for a 70th birthday trip for 9 of us who have been friends since grade school. The place was everything we had hoped for. We all had nice rooms which were well taken care of and had adjacent bath rooms. The location is wonderful!! It was an easy walk to the Pearl street shopping...

This B&B is situated close to UC Boulder and close to the center of town. Staff was very helpful and new what service meant. The place has soul and charm and a loving atmosphere I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast around the big table. Food was awesome and I met so many warm and interesting people. I will be back!
