Condo was well kept. Had an issue with the tub drain in the front bedroom. Not for someone that can't climb stairs. Garage is small but they all are. We were able to park our large SUV but it was tight.

Stayed here for 3 nights on a midweek trip. It’s out of season so Breck was nice and quiet but there’s not much to do if you’re not a skier and most of the hiking trails are still snowed in. The townhouse had everything needed and the bedding was good, and kitchen well equipped but luxurious it wasn’t. The carpet was old and stained and we couldn’t get the TV to work and despite the cold we had no matches there to light a fire. It’s nice enough if you’re just there to be out skiing all day but if you’re on a couple break with no outdoor pursuits there are nicer places to stay in town.
We stayed in 33b, and it was perfect for two. Everything we needed, a wonderful shower with very hot water. It is a very small unit and if 4 adults were there it would be very cramped. The pool and hot tubs were nice but very busy. It would be really nice if the unit provided pool towels and coffee filters for the coffee pot.
We were extremely pleased with our accommodations. It was a great location and very comfortable. It had several balconies, but no seating on them. This is the only negative thing I could say about this property. Would definitely stay here again.
-units might not all be the same. 3.5/5 Pros- Management company is (Wood Winds) fast and reliable when you need something fixed or a question answered. - Pretty big for a condo. Plenty of space stretch out. - ski in ski out. Have to walk about 1/4 mile to lift -dvd/vcr combo -garage -washer and dryer in unit -wood burning fire place with tons of dry wood in the garage -big kitchen table and small nook table Cons- -Hot water. Only 1 shower can be taken before you need to give the water heater a 20 minute break to heat new water. You could probably get away with two quick showers in a row. -lighting. The place needs more light. All they have are lamps throughout the whole unit. - no hdtvs -temperature control. There is none. Each room has its own thermostat and they don't work well. You set the temp to 70 it feels like 90 etc. -electric stove …
We have been traveling to Breckenridge for over a decade and there are many great properties but VERY few which facilitate ski in / out, walking to town, a view of the ski area, and a garage. Even $1000+ per night locations such as Shock Hill, One Ski Hill, etc require a car to access town. Winterpoint Townhomes allow guests to park their car and never have a reason to get back in (aside from getting groceries). The units are very large (some still need updating) many are newly remodeled and include their own hot tub along with real wood burning fireplaces, internet, heated garage, etc.
