So... I really want to give you guys a 5-star, but can't. I loved the locations. front desk folks were really helpful. But I'm not sure if all come back next year. And I really want too. You've got to have the hot tubs fixed. There is nothing more that I look forward to... then sitting in a hot tub after a long day of skiing. Both hot tubs were non-functional. So please... please fix them for next year so we can book again.

If I ever came back to Breckenridge I would stay here again. The condo had everything you would need to stay. The only thing that needed to be changed is having the hot tub opened longer. I know it was summer but would of like to use it but tournament times did not co-inside with the time it was open. Very close to everything. And would recommend you do the train tour while there.

Great Location - the place was very clean and well stocked although a little bit old and worn in some areas. Ski lockers at ground floor were great so you didn't have to haul your equipment up the stairs.

The condo was equipped with almost everything you need. The sofa bed was comfortable for my son. The other beds were fine. It is ski in on 4 o’clock run. There is a ski rental on site. We needed reservations for rentals but we did not know that , they still took care of us pretty fast. Walkable to town which was important to us. Hot tub gets a little crowded. My only complaint was strangely, I burned up at night! I needed a fan . We turned the heat off every night and it was 24 degrees outside.

My family stayed in condo 9E as part of the Tampa Bay ski club. We have been to Breckenridge over 20 times and this condo was a disappointment. I will start in the living room where the sliding door was broken and held shut with a piece of wood in the track. You could feel the cold air coming into the condo through the middle seam. The large window next to the fireplace is cracked. The small window was leaking into the condo from the window casing. In Florida, that means mold in the wall…could be different in Colorado. Drawers in the kitchen were broken. Mold in the master bath shower. Kitchen faucet leaks. Although each of these issues is not a dealbreaker on their own, overall this condo needs some TLC. Inattentive owners. Would not recommend staying here until repairs are done. …

Brilliant location for both Mountains and Town Centre. Accommodation has great facilities. Ski to the car park of the accommodation. Has your own locker for your skis and poles. Friendly staff in reception.

Convenient and beautiful, very clean. Loved being able to ski in. rooms were nice and clean. shuttles were close, was able to walk into town for dinner. would recommend this place and stay in the future.

Dated building and unit. No elevator, so higher units are quite a walk. Definitely needed some TLC. Didn't love that they expect you to take your own garbage to the dumpster at the end of your visit. Hot tubs are crowded.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry that you experienced problems during your stay. We only ask that our guests remove the trash at the end of their stay - this of course is not mandatory. I am not sure you are referring to our on-site hot tubs, which are limited to 8 people, or the hot tubs located off-site at the Upper Village Pool. Nice size condo but not maintained. Multiple outlets not working . Unable to use blow dryer in either bathroom due to disconnected outlet that was probably due to not updating with a GFI. Tub was not very clean and dingy. Front office staff very nice. Some lamps did not have operating bulb, and fireplace didn’t appear to work- never got hot.. Good for ski in .

Absolutely fantastic staff, location, and condo! 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, spacious living room with fireplace, TV, ample seating , balcony off living room & master (king) bedroom. Second bedroom had a queen and twin bed! Kitchen was great & it was FULLY stocked with everything needed to prepare meals! There was seating at the breakfast bar as well as a dining room table! We can’t say enough about this wonderful place! The location was perfect! Close to Main Street so we could walk just about everywhere! The condo also comes with a parking pass, so that was great! There is a shuttle stop within walking distance, and the condo office is on-site too! We also had a ski locker, which came in handy! Our rental was perfectly located on the 1st floor so it was easy in/out. The buildings are stairs only (no elevators). We’ve already looked into a return trip & will definitely stay at Pine Ridge! The only issue we had was with the TV (which we reported to the office at check- out). The TV was fine for awhile, but would start searching for a connection & just spin- not sure why, but we’d have to turn it off & it would seem to reset & be ok for 10-20 min or so then it would spin again. This happened multiple times! I took a screen shot on my phone & showed it to the office attendant at check-out, told him it happened on both living room & bedroom TV’s so he said they’d look into it.…
