Park Meadows Lodge is Breckenridge's most affordable yet convenient lodging alternative. Ski in on the Four O'Clock Ski Run and walk 1 block to the Breckenridge 'Free Ride' Shuttle Stop for a short ride to the base of Peaks 7 and 8. An easy 3 block walk to Historic Main Street, you are minutes from the center of everything Breckenridge has to offer. In the shared lobby area you will find a huge open gas fireplace with ample seating making it a great place for socializing, quite reading time or having a relaxing moment. Enjoy a game of pool, ping pong or foosball in the game area or relax those muscles after a hard day of skiing in one of the two large outdoor on site hot tubs. Other amenities include laundry facilities, soda/snack dispenser, ice machine, community gas grill and picnic tables, community office area with access to free WiFi (also available in all units), a large meeting area , and individual ski lockers for each unit for ski and snowboard storage. My family (wife, son-18, & daughter-15) stayed 4 nights in 4C. Very clean. A little tight quarters, but we really weren’t in room much except to sleep. Came equipped with all kitchen utensils and dishes. Only inconvenience was the toilet didn’t quite flush adequately. Bathtub had jacuzzi jets which wife and daughter liked. Lodge was very clean and equipped with pool table, plenty of seating areas, foosball, ping pong, tv, and had 2 large hot tubs located in the back. On site parking was nice. We were 2 blocks from Main Street and 3 blocks from gondola. They offered free shuttle service, but we liked the exercise (walk back from main is uphill). Would definitely stay there again.

Overall I enjoyed my stay and their customer service was TOPS. They did fall short on a few areas, but I would stay here again nevertheless. Cleanliness: It was apparent that the condo had been cleaned, but the bathroom had hair in the shower and on the bath towels. Everything else was clean, even inside the microwave and refrigerator. They came back mid-week to empty garbage and refresh the towels, that was nice. Location: A little outside of the town center, but the area is generally pretty small and it's walk-able just about anywhere. There are also free shuttle stops everywhere. These guys ALSO have their OWN shuttle which they make available to guests from 8am-10pm - all you have to do is call. I used the shuttle service several times and was very pleased. If you are there to ski, they are located at the bottom of the 4 o'clock trail which made getting home at the end of the day really easy and convenient. Amenities: The ski lockers are a real treat - not having to bring your equipment inside all wet and snowy is a huge plus. The lodge/lobby has a fireplace which was nice to get toasty after skiing. The hot tubs were also a nice treat, right outside the lodge. Washer/dryer in the basement was a nice plus so I did not have to pack dirty stinky clothes in my suitcase. $2/wash and $1/dry and they even give you the detergent for free. Comfort: The beds and sheets were comfortable. The bath towels were a little scratchy but not terrible. The condo unit in general was very small and felt a little cramped at times. We had a 2-bedroom, which also had a pull-out couch so you can technically fit 6 adults in there. But with only ONE bathroom, it was a challenger. We only had 3 people (me, my hubby and my brother). Especially when we were all trying to get out the door in the morning to hit the slopes - it was a slowly revolving door of smelly encounters! A few more notes: 1. If you or someone you are traveling with will be unhappy if there is not TV or internet then this is not the place for you. We had trouble with cable and internet all week. Maintenance gladly and quickly came out when we called, but it was an inconvenience. Fortunately we were mostly busy doing things outdoors and conversing, so the cable was not an issue. Of course, no one likes being without wiFi though. 2. Heat is provided by electric baseboard heating. In my experience electric heat is always extra dry and finicky. This was no exception. It was like there were only two settings - arctic or boiling. 3. The way the units are set up around the building, you really have very little privacy and it's noisy just about all of the time. Housekeeping did leave ear plugs but it was not all that pleasant to hear the constant clunkety-clunk of snow boots parading up and down the walkways and stairs all day. 4. As I said before, the customer service was really the best. They were available from the moment we booked our stay all the way to the end with anything we needed. They arranged our airport transfer and even got us 20% discount on our ski rentals. 5. Overall value was really terrific. They really are one of the cheaper places in Breckenridge - that says a lot because it is generally a very expensive area. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.…

Park Meadows, while probably one of the older properties in this part of Breckenridge is very convenient. Our stay in this small unit was perfect for the two of us. It includes a small kitchenette bathroom and bedroom as well as a living room set up with a large flat screen TV. The unit had been nicely updated recently. One minor problem with a hair dryer plug was taken care of within minutes by ski country lodging, the property management for this unit. A very clean unit and excellent service!

We stayed here for four nights of skiing. Check in was quick and easy. We asked about restaurant recommendations and got a well informed explanation of several in town. The lodge itself is older, but maintained. Hot tubs were great. We didn't take advantage of the common area but it seemed a comfortable place to hang out. The room is not super spacious but for the two of us it worked out fine. If you want a luxury condo to lounge about in and entertain a crowd, this is not it. If you want a clean, nice place to sleep, shower and prepare light meals when you aren't outside skiing, this is perfect. The location is really great. We walked to town (5 minutes to Main Street) every night for dinner. We walked about 50 yards in the morning to catch the shuttle up to the mountain, which runs every 15 minutes and is about a 10 minute ride. Great convenience.…

My husband and I stayed here 2 days while traveling in the area. The bed and pillows were comfy and everything was nice and clean but it was really small. There is only about 1 1/2ft between the bed and the walls and no closet, just hooks on the walls. There is also NO OUTLET in the bathroom. Tiny TV about the size of a laptop screen but the WIFI is excellent. It’s only 2 blocks from Main St where all the shops and restaurants are so that was very convenient. I would stay here again but I would bring an extension cord : )

We do offer a couple of Studio Units that may seem a little more spacious without having the constraints of the bedroom wall that our 1 Bedroom units present (although some like the privacy this provides). The price isn't cheap (I mean nothing is cheap there) but is a lot cheaper than other places so we picked this one. I guess we knew what we paid for so we didn't expect too much but it was actually over our expectation. - Pros: The room was clean and had everything we needed. Full kitchen with stove top, sink, full size fridge, microwave, silverware, plates and bowls, pots and pans. Bedroom was cozy and comfy. Bathroom had nice amenities. There was a pullout couch in the living room. It had a place for you to store your skiing gears. The building had an entertainment room with a fireplace, pool table, books and games. There were 2 outdoor hot tubs. The room came with 1 free parking. Great location only a few steps to Main St. They also had a sport store which gives you 20% off for staying with them. - Cons: Im not sure why but we didn't get housekeeping at all (I didn't even ask). The room was pretty small so more than 2 people will be uncomfortable. Furniture and carpet were a little outdated. Bathroom floor looked a little brown. The only thing is I left my new handbag in the room and had to call several times until I could finally speak with the person that had it and found out they wouldn't keep your stuff for more than a month eventhough we are coming back there in a couple months. I know it was my fault for having not double checked but other hotels we've stayed at would call you immediately about the lost and found item as soon as they find it and can store it for up to 6 months.…

Park Meadows Lodge is a fantastic choice for those visiting Breckenridge on a budget but not wanting to sacrifice a great location and unbeatable amenities (like a free on call guest shuttle, kitchenette for dining in, onsite game room, hot tub, fire pit and more!). We are sorry about the confusion regarding housekeeping services. At Park Meadows we do like to be as environmentally conscious as possible as (one could probably guess) this is very important to our beautiful mountain town. In an attempt to reduce energy consumption, we do not offer daily housekeeping or towel service. However, we do offer towel service on your 3rd consecutive stay day and full housekeeping services for stays 7+ nights. In the future, however, we are happy to add additional housekeeping services to your stay upon request (for a small, nominal fee). Lastly, we apologize that we were unable to guarantee the safe keeping of your handbag for long than 30 days. We did, however, offer to mail this to you as per our policies (which you declined). We do understand that it is frustrating when items are left behind and incidents like this happen, which is why our policies do include this 'lost and found' segment. Thanks again for your review and choosing Park Meadows Lodge for your recent Breckenridge lodging needs. We came to ski and this place was a short walk from the base of the Four O'clock run. Each cabin has an individual exterior locker to store your gear. Cabin was cozy and adequate. If you're a fun person, you will have a good time here. If you're a persnickety type, maybe not. My kids and I got a kick out of Gordon and his down to earth personality. He played ping pong with us and was very helpful with anything we needed. The common area has a nice fireplace and if you see that it is not on, simply turn it back on by the controls next to the vending machine. The shuttle service was excellent and usually picked us up within 10 minutes. Hot coffee was there in the mornings...which I appreciated. Park Meadows is an excellent bargain considering I payed over $200 for fondue one evening haha! I will practice my ping pong and kick Gordon's butt next time. He's really good.…

This was the most expensive lodge we stayed at while skiing at Breckenridge resort ($270/night). However, the room quality was subpar. The decor is very outdated and smelt like a old motel. Honestly, I've stayed in Super 8's for a quarter of the price ($70) that were way better. Also, the check-in process was super confusing. We had to check-in at a completely different location that was a 5-minute drive away. There are other lodges in Breckenridge with a much better quality and price.

I should have read other reviews first but since we were only staying for one night, what could be wrong? The location is very good, within walking distance of Main Street. The room was small and crowded but acceptable, until we went to bed. As another reviewer wrote, the mattress was extremely hard and the pillows were like rocks. It made for an extremely uncomfortable night.

Firstly - accommodation is ridiciously priced in Breck - Park Meadows being on the low end Secondly - Park Meadows is well located (ski-in allmost, Main st. close-by). The rooms are smallish, old fashioned and have a kitchenette. Premises have seen their better years. Rooms are clean and there is free parking included. Skibusses leave 50m away (better to take the uphill transportation to skip the gondola lines).
