What is going on in William Creek? Not much, a small airport and a pub. But be sure to have plenty of fun in the middle of nowhere as locals are very friendly and the place is quite nice for the price.More

We visited the William creek hotel and stayed in the campgrounds. This pub is one of he great outback pubs. It has a simple charm. The people are friendly and the beers are cold. The campgrounds were good with a sunset hard to beat.More

Hi! Most of the time it only takes two to three hours. It is about 170kms and a dirt road. It really depends on the condition of the track, your vehicle and driving experience. If in doubt, just give us a call at the hotel... More

From memory good road and a few hours. If you're going via Maree there are some great things to see and visit just investigate what is open. Check road conditions with RACQ. Drive safe. Cheers
