This is an RV park that has developed from a rustic RV/mobile home/tent campground into a well maintained, RV only park with a total of 86 sites; 15 30' x 60' pull-thrus, and three camping cabins providing heat, small kitchen, linens, and pots and pans,...More
This is a very well managed RV park. When I say clean and well-cared for, I mean these people take pride of ownership in this park. There were no overlooked corners unswept nor cobwebs in corners like you find in so many public places. Even...More
We had stayed in tents at this park 12 years prior on the Memorial Day long weekend and it rained and snowed and the current new owners had made some improvements to the Shower Building and RV sites but NOT so much to the tent...More

Close to the main road which is noisy. RV spots are close together causing noisy neighbors. Not much close to campground. Have to drive to restaurants or other attractions. No large trees for shade either.
Our RV Park is nestled in the banana belt of Chaffee County, Colorado just north of Buena Vista. Our high mountain dessert climate can't be beat with warm days and cool nights. We are family owned and managed and will be celebrating our 10th Anniversary this summer! We offer nightly, weekly, and monthly stays. Come and stay for a weekend getaway or for a whole vacation. There's so much to do and see! Trip to the Alpine tunnel with a jeep, hike Interlaken, Chaffee County's easiest hike, fish from Clear Creek reservoir, visit St Elmo, one of the oldest mining towns in the county and feed the chipmunks. How about rafting the Arkansas River! The list goes on and on. We are centrally located in the heart of Colorado making it easy to take day trips in every direction. How about a train ride in Leadville or go see the South Park City Museum in Fairplay? Spend the day at one of the local hot springs or go see the Royal Gorge Bridge. Our park is less than 30 minutes from numerous trail heads for hiking, biking, and 4 wheeling.
