Old-style motel with everything you expect to be part of that concept. Price was right. Warm room good bed and most of the fixtures still attached to the wall. Recommended. Lots of hot water. Lots of barking and surprising number of rooms probably 25 or so.

Honestly, I was told it was a dive and to stay away. I decided to try it because it didn't look too bad. It is basic and that was fine by me. Walking distance to a grocery store or gas station. The owner was very knowledgeable of the area. It was clean, had hot water, the bed was comfy, the...

First of all, set your expectations. It is, after all, Byers, CO. The place is great! The management is super friendly, the rooms were very very clean, and the beds are comfortable. What more could I want?

You should add this hotel to your list of stops along I-70! Just outside of Denver to the east, it is conveniently located near the interstate but away from the airport and inner city noise. The room was warm and comfortable, the staff was kind and helpful, the town had interesting stores, a market and local restaurants to choose from,...

Not much to the Motel or the City of Byers. But for the money, not bad. It was clean, quiet and friendly. Not much at all around the area. There is a small place to eat up the street. Also a liquior store and gas station nearby. Other than that, that is it.

Picked this place based on the other reviews and so glad I did! Check in was a breeze. The room is very clean and comfortable. No microwave or fridge but that's okay. Just needed this for an overnight stay while on a road trip. Tip: Save some money and call the motel directly. Online, I found prices ranging from $71...

We stayed one night here on the way back home and found it to be a decent hotel despite the appearance on the outside. The room was very clean, spacious and as others have mentioned very 1970's looking. There is no fridge or microwave but we had a nice table and chairs to set at and play cards. The water...

Spent $63 on this room with two queen beds. This motel was a bit like those old movies which made it seem a bit eerie. We liked it for that. The room quality was ok. Clean, but very outdated. The TV is an old boxy one, but it worked. There was an odd bench/box that was built into the bathroom--it...

We think that this is an okay place to stay over night. It was a little different from the other higher profile places. It was a clean place and comfortable. We believe that it is a single person operation. The employee was very courteous and friendly. No breakfast, just coffee.

I'm glad we stopped here on our way out of Denver because when we left the next day we realized there were no more hotels for quite a long, long way! The hotel looks shady on the outside, like a weird no-tell, motel. But, it was actually pretty darn clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. The hotel has not...
