This is a wonderful location with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The rooms are each decorated in there own style so cute. Breakfast to go was a nice option as we had to leave early in the morning.

Wish we could have stayed longer, but since we couldn't, Dave and Kim helped make our one night getaway the best one yet! They had champagne and chocolates awaiting our arrival, delicious breakfast catered to our preferences, and the most comfortable, cozy, romantic rooms I've ever seen. We hope to come back soon!

This Band B is a quaint little getaway. With perfect surrounding scenery. The beautiful backdrop of the snow topped Pike's Peak. We came for a weekend get away. Kim and Dave have thought of everything here. It is delightfully decorated. They have put so much hard work and love into this business that it really shines through. The wave-less water...

We loved the inn keeper and the happy hour was really nice. Loved the old furniture and the Breakfast was Amazing! The building was truly unique and it was well kept and it's original historic architecture was very well preserved. We will be back. Brent

We stayed here for our honeymoon. The staff was very nice and the rooms very cozy. Breakfast was phenomenal! The view of Pikes Peak was beautiful. Felt like we were at home. We are planning a trip to go back.

We stayed here on our honeymoon, and couldn't have felt more welcomed! From booking through the end of our stay, the experience was great. The food was wonderful and the building has so many unique rooms and decorations. There was a pool table and pinball machine in the basement and the hot tub and fireplace in the room made it...

Our experience was just fantastic. We love the privacy of the deck with hot tub. Every detail was perfect for our 16th wedding anniversary. We went out for a walk and had a bite to eat with so many restaurants near by it was hard to choose. We will be back!

Although my husband and I have visited this particular B & B many times, it was our first time coming back since Don and Shirley left 2 1/2 years ago. It is hard not to compare what we loved about the Old Town Guest House when Don and Shirley were there which was a big part of why we kept...

Response from me (Kim): Do I need a vacation? I guess I REALLY do. First, want to personally apologize for providing you less than your expected great time here at the Inn. I cannot express that enough. We strive to make your experience special. All I can say for myself--in response to my apparent venting--is what I share with my...

We stayed in Oriental Poppies room. The decor was lovely and truly pulled in the room's theme. Hot tub on the balcony and comfy bed created a wonderful night's sleep. Not a place for those seeking big screen television. Really designed to support intimate connection with friends and loved ones and pure relaxation. Breakfast was tasty.

A recent overnight at the Old Town Guest House was really nice, except for noise. All night long fans or motors were turning on and off. I understand each lovely room can control their own heat, but the units were so loud. Perhaps we were right under the attic units - not sure, but it was maddening. The Oriental room...

Oh, heavens! I urge all readers...if you have a problem, please let the innkeeper know, no matter what time of day. In this case, the heating unit on your hot tub was polling on and off all night to keep up with the sub-freezing temperatures. We keep the the tubs toasty all year round for those that like a private...
