Wonderful and welcoming-A place that makes you feel right at home. Delicious breakfast in a lovely sunny dining room. The wine and cheese(and assorted nuts, soda, munchies) was lovely. Our room was spacious with a lovely view of the mountains. We did not partake of the hot tub, but it looked great. There is a basement room with a pool table...

Centrally located in Old Colorado City, this B&B is charming, filled with history and character. The view of Pike's Peak and Mount Manitou from our Indian Paintbrush room was beautiful. Our service was outstanding, rooms comfortable and the breakfasts were amazing! I highly recommend this B&B!

It was wonderful to have both of you as guests for your extended stay. And it was very special that we could be your hosts for your Colorado Springs return visit after so many years. Thank you for your lovely review! Hope to see you again.

We booked the Explorer room which was the only room left on the weekend we wanted to visit Colorado Springs. It was small, but still provided all of the amenities we needed (and more we didn't even expect). We enjoyed the happy hour snacks provided in the living room in the late afternoon and the breakfast was wonderful.

So happy you enjoyed your stay! Explorer is our smallest and most economical room, but provides all the Inn's amenities. (There are several regular business traveller fans that wouldn't stay in any other room...) Pass the word. Hope you can visit again, and if not in Explorer, move up to any of our seven other unique, cozy accommodations.

Hot tub that looked out at Pike's Peak was big selling point. Food was unique and very tasty. Happy hour was nice. Unexpected water bed was very comfortable. Service was outstanding, just asked and whatever we needed was addressed promptly. Overall, a great experience.

My husband and I traveled to Colorado Springs for our 1 year Anniversary and we loved staying here! It was in a great location where you can easily walk to bars and restaurants. The staff was very friendly, our room had a lot of character and it was very clean. Breakfasts were delicious too! Highly recommend staying here!

We loved our experience at the Old Town Guesthouse, from the warm reception we had when we arrived until the very last day of our stay. The room was comfortable and cozy, with a lot of space both in the room and in the bathroom. The living area was also a nice place to stay after a day out. A...

We found this to be a very comfortable B&B to stay at. The location was only one block from Old Colorado City which was interesting to explore with some nice galleries and restaurants, so great for that. There was a hospitality area that had sodas, ice, coffees and teas--very nice. The breakfasts were tasty and filling. If I was to...

Thank you for your kind note. We've tried to cut carbs (based on guest requests) but find toast to be important (based on guest requests), regardless of the balance of the meal. So, we do the morning dance and toast when we can. Visit agin! English muffins and a ton of jam and butter! :-) D.
