The rooms are nice. The breakfast offers more selections than most hotels - and the room they have it in is big and roomy. Great location - close to dining, shopping & the AFA. And right off I-25, so easy off & on.
This hotel is in a bad need of a remodel however the bed was comfortable and linens clean. The locks need to be replaced as I had a hard time getting the cards to work.
The breakfast was as expected for Comfort Suites. I would...More
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was falling apart, and had what looked like blood stains on the ceiling. Advertised as a "100% non-smoking establishment" but I could smell cigarette smoke in the corridor and the tiny elevator. No remote control...More
Stayed here a few years ago and loved it due to the quiet nature, pool had a slide for the kids and had a great breakfast and staff. Just finished staying over this Christmas holiday 2016 with a noticeable difference. Price was more than last...More
Definitely didn't live up to the reviews. Bed was on the hard side. Wallpaper peeling off the wall. Breakfast was disappointing as well. The price was reasonable but I wouldn't stay here again. They are doing renovations so maybe improvements will be made. Let's hope...More

Hello Brenda--I have no idea if anything has been remodeled as we were there last Sept. and haven't been back. I checked for bed bugs when we arrived as I do at any place we stay, and didn't see any. I told my husband that the place was so nasty even the bugs wouldn't stay there.
I had a huge problem with the way the place was kept such as vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, etc. These things had no connection to new furniture, etc. The entire place was just run down and dirty. I've been in budget chains that were 100% better than this. To know it was a Comfort Suites just added insult to injury. There just was no pride on the part of the staff as to how they maintained the place. I would never go back to this place even if I was told it WAS remodeled due to the poor standards of maintenance. I've been in places that were old, but were immaculate.
My advice to you is to ask to see the room before you check in which is what I usually do as I don't reserve ahead of time. I had to here due to the location and fear we would not get a room in the area, if I didn't reserve in advance. I thought I'd be safe in doing so since it was a Comfort property. It's always a risk if you have to take a room sight unseen. I go in and check the room, the bathroom, and the bedding. Brenda I can't tell you how many places I've walked out of. I sure wish I could have done it here.
I wish you a happy stay wherever you end up and of course safe travels.
