We've been doing staycation in this hotel since 2017. It's just this last stay when we got disappointed. First, there were not enough towels and some toiletries when we arrived and had to make a call to request one. No one's answering the housekeeping line so we have to make the call through the reception. Second, my daughter's mini Melissa shoes got lost inside the room when we get back from swimming. We called the housekeeping and informed them about the incident. We were sure that we didn't bring the shoes since we brought 2 pairs for wach of our kids. They said that maybe we lost it somewhere else which we denied because we were very sure that we left it in our room. We already tried to look for it in every single corner of our room, under the beds and cabinets but it was really not there. They said they'll look for it again in their trash bins because it might got SWEEPED while the housekeeper was sweeping the floor for trash. And how exactly that will happen? Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we asked them to get back on us once they checked on it. After about 5 mins, they got back only to tell us that they found nothing. So we already reported it to the reception area. Then right about 20-30 mins they got back to us with the missing Shoes of our daughter! They said they found it in the laundry area. We were wondering why the pair of it got missing if let's say a towel covered those shoes and the cleaner picked it up not noticing there were shoes in the used towels??? I don't know, but someone must do something about training their housekeeping staff. We might look for another staycation hotels again since things are getting not good to this one. By the way, this is our 2nd staycation in this hotel since March of this year. So yeah this WAS one of our favorites.

Overall Room is nice, same as what is shown in the picture. However, it needs more cleaning and improvements to be made. Cleanliness What is mostly shown in the eye is clean but if you look close enough there are still remnants of dirt. The sofa bed pull out was very dirty and itchy we did not use the pull out instead 1 adult slept on the sofa. When I saw these, i did not dare to look behind the bedside table or under the bed because I know that these wont be clean as well. Staff Some receptionists are friendly but most of them are not. The ones that we talked to on the phone sound irritated and bothered when requests are made. Housekeeping Request for towel and other amenities which should have been refilled during room clean up takes 30 mins and beyond to arrive. I requested for pool towels, flats sheet for sofa bed and and adaptor for their kettle. When the housekeeping person arrived, he only brought a flat sheet. When I asked why he did not bring a pool towel, he said there are pool towels available in the poolside. This would have saved me 30mins of waiting if the receptionist has advised me upon request that this was available. Is this lack of knowledge or lack of concern for guests? Kudos to the housekeeping personnel for getting the adaptor immediately, the receptionist did not cascade our request properly. 2nd incident: Our car was parked outside, we left something in the car that we needed but it was raining. We went to the receptionist to borrow an umbrella she said that we can borrow one from the security guard before we exit to the parking. When we got there, the security guard said to go to the receptionist for our request.🙄 Food We cannot charge any food to the room because the receptionist did not ask for security deposit and it makes it a hassle for us during stay to bring your wallet everywhere in the hotel instead of being able to charge food to your room. Breakfast buffet is okay, we booked the junior suite for 3 adults and 1 child. Only 2 adults has free breakfast, you have to pay 999 for extra head.

Solid stay and very good services. The buffet breakfast options were also amazing. Commodities are available upon request and the pool staff are very accommodating. Would definitely go back here the next time.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at, even when I compare to some other poorer Asian or African countries. The rooms in Tower one are derelict at best. I have stayed here many times since 2014, even brining international clients here and creating business for the Widus. There is a noticeable change to room quality and staff attitude. Perhaps the good staff are moving to the new higher quality hotels nearby. Staff rude, unprofessional and non responsive to client/visitor needs. Staff should always remember the client pays your salary not the hotel so always be respectful, no matter the client (nose bleeds included). As one example of many No towel in my room after 3 call to reception/housekeeping I received my towels 3 hrs after initial request.

Our reservation had been made online and check-in was supposed to be at 2pm but we arrived at 3pm so we thought check-in was gonna be smooth. It was definitely not. We were informed that the rooms (we reserved 2) were still being cleaned and we had to wait for a total of more than 2 hours before we were finally checked in. After a more than 2-hour wait while the rooms were cleaned you would expect them to be spotless, but once more, we were disappointed. There was hair in one room's bathtub and the remnants of a shampoo sachet on the other. There was no trash can in one room. The housekeeping seemed to lack training and didn't seem to know how to respond to guests' queries (e.g. they didn't know what time breakfast was served). The hotel definitely needs to not only hire more housekeeping staff but also to train them to do their jobs more efficiently. Breakfast was okay but a bit underwhelming (for a 4-star hotel). The servers were very helpful and accommodating and this was the redeeming value of our stay. However, the hostess didn't provide an OR for the extra meals (for the kids), which we paid for, although I asked for it.

Got the rooms at a good price and rooms were in good condition. Tower 2 so newer building. Rooms were clean and comfy, bathroom was a bit tight but manageable. Buffer food options were plenty and pool was good for kids. Only complaint really is the staff. No one showed us to our room. No one helped with baggage. Staff coordination was super slow and were not very helpful at all. Imagine no one showing you to your room after check in! Actually got a bit lost looking for the room.

Value for money. We are on our way to Baguio and decided to stop over to rest for a night. Since we are all tired, we appreciated the swift check in process. Pool is nice. Room is spacious and clean! Buffet breakfast is one of the big pluses - nice selections, tasty, and the staff there, very courteous and assisting most of the time, observant that they will ask you for a coffee refill when needed, water refill, remove used plates from table, check on you from time to time if you needed any; one of the best experience in customer service! Kudos to the resto staffs! :)

Stayed at a Deluxe Double Room for a night. Booked two separate rooms for my family and in-laws. Walls are thin and there is a door shared between yours and the adjacent room. We can HEAR EVERYTHING from the other room: - voices - flipping of light switches - foot steps - cabinet doors - faucets - and everything else Poor sound insulation in the front door! Again, we can HEAR EVERYTHING The staff is their saving grace: excellent!

It was a nice cozy hotel before, but now it changes. Maybe because they transfer the casino to Han. I requested for higher floor but they put us in the 1st floor and PWD/Disabled room,,I don't know why. keycards are also not working so we have to wait for the bellman to change it.I requested for room slippers because I only have heels shoes with me but they don't have. Carpets are a bit itchy. Widus changed. Other than that I would like to thank, Myka the FOA in duty that time for assisting us.
