Detailed Reviews
Situated 5-10 mins away from Clark's main area (and very near the parade grounds), the Hilton is the best option in Clark! What stood out is their cleanliness and hospitality, and the smoothness with which they ran despite it being a pandemic and despite the hotel being (from what we heard) less than a month old.
Each room is sanitized between guests, and the entire hotel puts high priority on upholding safety protocols. The rooms themselves still have that new smell to them, and meet luxury standards.
The amenities are great! Even with only one of the three restaurants are open and the spa being closed, the gym, fitness center, and breakfast restaurant are superb. The fitness center is equipped nicely (but one has to make an appointment beforehand to ensure safety protocols are being followed). The swimming pool is incredibly relaxing, especially with the cabanas. It was nice to just read a book or take a nap here, and it is sprawled out so no need to worry about crowding.
Their breakfast at Olive is pretty ingenious. Probably one of the best buffets I've had as of recent. Their want to offer a full-service buffet while still remaining contactless (not to mention the tastiness of their food) is great.
Cherry on top is the staff. From the guards to the housekeeping to the front desk, they will greet you and be extra kind with hand to heart. Shoutout to Jojo and Mar for making the stay extra great and stress-free with their hospitality and enthusiasm to serve, especially in the middle of a pandemic.
Highly recommend.

our stay in hilton is a perfect getaway to relieve our stress and anxiety during the pandemic.
from the lobby and the front desk, the staff and check-in procedures ensure the safety of the guests. the app also allows digital key of room thru cellphone.
the room is very relaxing and has all the necessary things that you would look after a staycation, i.e., comfty bed, nice view, smart tv, toiletries, clean bathroom, etc. the room service is always on time with very accommodating staff. the food is a little bit pricey and the tray containi g the food has an extra charge, but it is expected in a hotel like this.
the swimming pool and the tables are big enough to accommodate number of guests. the water is clear and the temperature is just enough during morning and afternoon (not too cold, not too hot). the shower room is not so perfect though. but the ambiance will make you refresh and relax especially during a windy afternoon.
we enjoyed our stay, my kid loved it, and we'll definitely go back 🙂

Been eagerly anticipating the opening of this new hotel and booked as soon as I could. I’ll start off by saying it was definitely worth the wait! The GF and I wanted to go out of town without having to go through the hoops of the stricter provinces but still wanting to feel safe during the pandemic.
The Hilton Clark’s safety protocols do not disappoint. From the get go, the staff at the entrance ensured that the proper hygiene standards were met without sacrificing the warmth of hospitality. The moment you step in, you can see it in their eyes that desire to take care of you and make you feel as welcomed as possible.
The hotel itself doesn’t feel pretentious but it still gives off this simple elegance. You don’t feel stifled and the friendly staff makes you want to relax and chill by the pool or enjoy a nice meal at the Olive (I’m excited for the Chinese restaurant and bar/lounge to open). The rooms are not opulent but instead opt for a coziness (while still providing the amenities and ambiance befitting a property of his calibre) that makes you breathe a sigh of relief as you stare out at the greenery of your surroundings.
With a sizeable pool area and decent gym, you can spend a whole day just at the resort without feeling cooped up. There are even facilities for children so parents won’t have to worry about keeping their kids occupied. And you’re still near enough to other attractions and restaurants in the area if you really need to get out and explore.
But really, it’s the staff that makes the hotel come together. From Mike and his bell team, they ensured that everyone who passed their area was acknowledged and assisted to Debbie, Kath and Marmela who ensured that check in and check out would be breeze (lets face it, that part can be stressful for a lot of travellers if not handled delicately). And definitely kudos to Lloyd of the Concierge! If you need to a go to guy for restaurant recommendations, places to visit or just a bit of local knowledge and history, this is the guy you should look for, hands down.
Definitely a place I recommend to visit and definitely, I will be visiting again very soon. Awesome job, Hilton Clark Sun Valley! Cheers!

Stayed for a night to get away from the busy Manila. It has been a while since we had this opportunity because of the pandemic and this has been a very welcoming break. The property is located away from the hotel chains along M.A. Roxas Highway, in a very secluded quiet neighborhood. We booked a family room to accommodate our family of 4. The room is actually a connecting room one with a king bed and the other with 2 twin beds. Check in was easy, we just have to present our fully vaccinated card for adults and a negative antigen test taken 24 hrs before check in for the kids. I felt very safe because prior entering the room, there is a safety seal on the door that tells you the room had been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Inside each room they provide you a hygiene kit that has hand sanitizer, alcohol spray and additional mask. Another thing we loved with this hotel is their huge pool, it could accommodate plenty of people swimming at the same time without bumping with each other. The hotel also have a small playground for little kids and a casino for the kids at heart. Breakfast was included in our room package, I find the breakfast a little bit underwhelming considering Pampanga is a culinary destination, I am not quite sure though since we were there on a weekday thus the spread of food was limited. Overall, it was a nice stay specially for the kids.

Firstly, the location of the hotel is not particularly convenient to reach any part of Clark worth visiting.
Visually, the hotel has a wow factor when approaching. However, despite looking the part, the service has a lot to be desired. Upon arrival there was no one outside the entrance of the hotel to greet us or help with our bags. There was a security guard operating the X-ray machine at the entrance and I had to ask them to call for someone to come and help us.
At the checkin, they tried to charge us for using WiFi in our room - something that hotels stopped doing long ago, and especially when the room rates are as high as this hotels’ are. It was only when I told them we had a Hilton Honors account did they offer the WiFi free of charge.
In the restaurant, it was painful trying to order food, as the main restaurant is a buffet style venue and it seemed to blow their mind that we only wanted an a la carte coffee.
Upon checkout, there was a mixup and it took over 45 minutes and multiple requests before someone came to help us down with our bags.
I could go on and cite several other incidents of poor service, but I’ll stop here and just say that all of the staff were very pleasant, lovely people, who seemed to try their best, but they really need to be properly trained.
For the rates this hotel is charging, they really need to do better.
A note on the bar; the hotels’ bar is very nice and they have a talented live band playing most evenings until 10pm. Unfortunately, the bar is almost completely empty most of the time, so lacks any atmosphere. The barman there (sorry I didn’t catch his name), was very informative about things to do in the area and made a great couple of cocktails for us.
In summary, we would not return to this hotel and would use the Marriott next time, which is our usual preference, but sadly was fully booked this time.

Our stay at the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort was an excellent break we needed . We stayed on the 6th floor and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The next best part was the fantastic food and excellent service at the Olive Restaurant. Their breakfast buffet has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. We really appreciate the hands down customer service by Kiko, Ian, Vencent, Rommel and Alan. The hotel’s safety protocols made us sure of our safety especially that we have kids with us. They even provide hygiene kits and sanitizes the kids indoor playground before and after use. This, by far, is the best hotel that we have stayed yet. It was a wonderful staycation indeed!

Debbie front desk made us feel extra special the very first day we arrived.
Chef Robert made us feel very welcome
Carol breakfast restaurant made sure we are taken cared off with our breakfast.
Aura front desk very helpful.
Esteban JM security with a big smile with warm greetings everyday.
Kim intern very friendly and welcoming and made sure my wife gets her coffee extra hot.
Victor restaurant
Jeff and Joyce housekeeping
Everyone is friendly and accomodating but Judy Ann (intern in the restaurant) and Jeff from housekeeping stood out. Judy Ann remembers our orders and how it cooked. Very personable and approachable. Jeff cleans our room well, and made us feel warm inside and welcomed with the simple notes with beautiful animals he makes everyday.
Please let them know that we recognized their hardworking and we are thankful for making us feel extra special.

Highly recommended for families with young kids!
- Our kids enjoyed the Kids Club (Indoor Playground) immensely. The place was sanitized regularly and social distancing was strictly implemented. They also have an outdoor playground, which the kids enjoyed early in the morning and late in the afternoon.
- They also have a kiddie pool, which was perfect for our 3yo and 7yo kids. The pool area was also not crowded, which made us feel at ease.
- Service at the Olive restaurant was outstanding and they are very proactive when it comes to delighting their guests, especially the little ones. :)

The hotel was very mindful of safety protocols during this pandemic and strictly implemented their CleanStay program. We loved the room and the service. Their facilities were a little crowded. We did not have the chance to enjoy them all because they were mostly fully-booked (Kids Club in particular). I suspect that some guests were making multiple bookings. Nevertheless, we loved our stay and we'll definitely come back.

Excellent service and employees are all eager to please. The hotel is still growing with more amenities starting to open up in their rooms. Weekends are full of families due to their kid friendly policy. Hotel food selection is limited and expensive. The hotel is noted for their cleanliness to the point that you feel you could almost eat off their floors. I see this venture growing and offering more to do in the future. For now, its taking baby steps opening venues.
