Everything is great about this hotel. Newly built, superb room appointments, well trained staff.
I stayed here for 2 days, no complaints, except for a sippage in the bath and need to wait a while for the elevator.
Nespresso coffee maker in the room, quality teas, a free birthday cake. Just great. Luxury feel all the way.
Casino at the lobby floor, connects to marriott hotel.
Try the coffees and Macarons at the Atrium. Spice serves very affordable and tasty meals, Markt served the perfect steak dinner.
Kudos to Bryan who helped me acquire an accor plus membership and arranged my free stay. To Honey who checked me in and to all the waiters at Markt and Spice.
This was a lovely birthday staycation.

Last April 10-13, 2022, we stayed at the hotel and I was amazed because of interior designs of the room specifically their pocket garden. We all know that in every gathering specially when with your family, food is one of the most important part to complete and enjoy the moment and the food at MarkT Restaurant was so good. My family and I had so much fun with the bartenders at Atrium bar. They served various Gin Tonics and this is the best part of the night aside playing at the casino tables. Their staffs are very accommodating and impressing specially the bartender Jefferson.
Overall it was good. We will be back at some time again with my family and I can also refer this place to my friends and colleagues.

Our family have often taken to staycations in Accor Hotels within Manila to beat the usual traffic in and out of the Metro. But since we had an event to attend to in Pampanga, the opportunity to try Swissotel was too good to miss. I had booked a suite for my husband, my daughter and me with Executive Lounge access. We received an email that since the Executive lounge would not be available during our stay, we could have a certain amount credited which can be availed thru in-room dining or dining at any of the restaurants in the hotel.
We had notified the hotel that we would be checking in before lunch. Upon doing so, Sandy at the front desk welcomed us warmly and informed us that our suite wasn’t ready but we could stay at a premium room until ours was ready. I appreciated this so much and everything went smoothly. We enjoyed our welcome drinks at the lobby before proceeding to our room.
The aircon in our actual room was not working properly at first but the housekeeping technicians were able to remedy it after a number of attempts
All throughout our stay, Sandy and Wil (from the front desk) were very attentive and patient with our inquiries. The in-room dining meals were delicious and generous in servings. The breakfast buffet was also scrumptious. The infinity pool was spacious and had a good view.
We were even granted a late check-out.
The whole experience has convinced me to come back for another time soon.

We checked in to your Swissotel Clark from March 19-21, 2022. It was a not as restful as we would have thought.
First, when I made the reservation, i specifically asked for the highest possible floor with a better view. I reiterated that during the check in period. I even asked the Front Desk Officer that, “I hope you will not give us the view with the abandoned Haunted Hospital”. When got up to our room 830, our view was the haunted hospital, a construction site from your property, with construction workers peeing in their makeshift toilet.
I brought this up to the Duty Manager, and we were transferred in room 809. At first, everything seems perfect. Pool view, mountain ranges, perfect skyline. My son took a dip in your pool around 8pm. We came back around 930pm. Little did we know, another unfortunate event is waiting to happen. My son was about to take a shower. The water’s temp is at the hottest to scalding hot. We reported it, and the engineering department went to our room after more than hour. We kept on calling the front desk if we can use a room for shower purposes only since my son needs to wash away the chemicals from your pool. From the recommendation of your engineering department, we should transfer to another room again, and that was already close to 11pm. They are recommending a room, room 828. The view with your construction site and peeing construction workers. From what was the recommendation, it seems that your front desk officers are not talking to each other or not having a consolidated report.
We transferred to room 913 with a hope that our room will be better than the rest. The view was better. But that is it. Cold water is existing just for a few minutes, then hot water again all the way.
On our check out day, two house keeping staff of yours made a room check at 10am and an hour after that. What is that for? It was our first time experiencing that in all Accor Hotels. Are they telling us to leave right away? I even called up the Front Desk which took forever for them to answer and went there personally to let them know that our check out time was 230pm.
We travelled close to 120 kilometers to escape the City and celebrate our 24th Anniversary. And what we got is nothing restful. Memorable, yes but not for the good reasons.
My family went to Zurich Switzerland 2 years ago, and clearly this is not the hospitality we got from the people we mingled with. Not the kind of Hospitality that you are playing in your video over and over again. We don’t think the operations of this hotel is ready for hotel guests.

My first impression of Swissotel, Clark is not that good. Drop off to hotel lobby/check in is quite far as compared to other hotels. Lobby is a little busy and I felt that the frontdesk officer who facilitated check-in is exhausted (or she wasnt just happy). My card was also swiped with the wrong amount so it had to be reversed ( which was also the reason why our check out process took awhile and had to send a follow up email for the reversal few days after) . Our wait to have our room ready also took a while, though we already checked in past 3PM. It really feels that they are on a "test run" at the lobby.
The room is well designed, bed is very comfortable and room is clean. The room also has a nespresso machine and complimentary pods. The nespresso machine in our room was defective but was immediately replaced with a working unit.
As for the pool area and their pool bar - food is great price is very reasonable; and service is superb. The crew helped us to find a table, ensured that our stuff are safe, serving of food is fast, and delicious.
Breakfast at Markt is also great. Theres a wide selection of food and service is also good.Show

I recently stayed at the Swiss Hotel in Clark, normally I stay at the Marriott Hotel, but I thought as this was brand new and next door would give it a go. The rooms are lovely, had a great view, however you will only get your room cleaned within and 8 hour day if you press the clean me button, after an 8 hour day at the office to come and be told it is not a priority because I had not pressed the clean me button, wow, never had that before. Also, the sensors in the room to open curtains turn lights on etc light up like a Xmas tree at night when the room is dark and lights are off, flashing every 15 seconds bright green lights and then a lovely red light, had to get it removed to enable sleep. If, you you like a cold breakfast then this is the place for you, have you ever had cold eggs benedict, revolting, cold bacon, hash browns and sausages, the only thing that was hot was the omelets that were made on request, forget about non fat milk, eventually on Wednesday they had some, however the ability to use the coffee machine was limited, a cappuccino arrived with milk only, no coffee. I know this has not been open long, however some real issues that I will not return to discover if they have been fixed. The staff are lovely and did try very hard to help and in some cases did help, some struggled understanding English and speaking it.

For such a "premium" (=expensive) hotel a lot has to improve still:
#1 lengthy checking because they couldn't find my Agoda booking, also: why does reserving money on a credit card take so long? I gave up and handed over cash
#2 only lukewarm and very low pressure water in the shower
#3 when trying to reach the front desk, an ad was played back for minutes, nobody picked up (around 21:00)
#4 the Nespresso machine is already messed up, only mangles the capsules, unusable
#5 please wash the windows outside!! They look like they never saw water since the construction
#6 the car park is a maze with no clear signs for the exit or general traffic flow, also the way to the reception is not marked at all, you have to ask your way every ten meters

We chose to spend the rest of our day at the new Swissôtel Clark after our tour from the new Clark Terminal 2 Airport Building. The view from the pool deck is indeed splendid and breathtaking, well planned architecture and well thought design.
It was a summer evening and when refreshed ourselves with their natural fruit shakes and the hefty portioned Chicken Doner by Chef Alfred Icban. Tasty and bursting with flavor. I have my own Mango Shake, and yes, the sweet tangy shakes is indeed legit.
I also enjoyed the lounge music.
What kept the experience stellar is the attentive staff of Swiss Tropic. The F&B Team that attended us are Edward, Albert, DJ and Jhon. Edward, in particular, is good in upselling. Even the pool deck is packed with guests, I can observe them attending guests with enthusiasm. How can I forgot Renan the bartender who served my Capones! I could down more than one! Perfect blend of tones and flavors.
Despite the experience, there is still more to improve and I will keep coming back.

Earlier today at Swissotel, I indulged in a refreshing, 60-minute massage session at Purovel Spa. From the start, I was impressed by the professional receptionist, who was not just beautiful but also warmly welcoming. As a nice touch, I received complimentary tea and a hot towel on arrival.
But that's not all! The lounge area was a treat - delicious snacks including tea, drinks, fruits, and cookies were available for free sampling after the massage. I have to mention that I absolutely love their oatmeal cookies, they were a delightful surprise! And what made the experience even better was the hot towel after the massage. It not only added a rejuvenating touch but also effectively removed the excess oil from my body, leaving me feeling refreshed and clean.
And let me not forget to mention Zandra, my masseuse. She was incredible and her skills left me feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated.
Overall, Purovel Spa truly exceeded my expectations - it's the perfect place to unwind and pamper yourself after a long day. So why not treat yourself to a visit? You'll definitely thank yourself later.
