We stay here every summer and it's my "little piece of heaven." The food is amazing and the activities are fantastic! Gold medal fly fishing water so bring your fly rod! The rooms are beautiful with luxury bedding. Very clean ... staff was superior. Resort is surrounded by mountains ... love this place!!!

Thank you for a wonderful review Laurie! We love our location nestled in the mountains and work very hard to hire staff that enjoy the ranch life as much as our guests. We look forward to another season of spectacular fly fishing in our "little piece of heaven"!

My partner and I spent a week at the 4UR Ranch Crede. Both keen horse riders we booked primarily for the riding but ended up enjoying all the activities on offer. The staff were friendly and helpful and food was high quality. The standard of the horses was the best we have experienced and a special mention to the Wranglers...

Thank you for the thoughtful review! We are so thrilled that you enjoyed your stay this summer and that the horsemanship program left you with fond memories. It was great to get you out on the stream for a little 4UR fly fishing too! We hope to see you again next time you are this side of the pond!

A beautiful, spiritual vacation ranch nestled in the Rio Grande National Forest. Horseback riding extraordinaire along with fly fishing on the Rio Grande or Goose Creek, Hiking, and skeet shooting. You become part of the ranch family because they are all amazing people from the owners, ranch managers, wranglers, ranch hands, fishing guides, and food servers etc. Amazing food from...

This is a family dude ranch supreme. Fly fishing, horseback riding etc. but we went for my birthday dinner. Served promptly at 6:30pm the food is fantastic. The sweet pea soup incredible, the Halibut cooked to perfection aa was the Pork Belly. Rubarb crisp for desert. Perfection. Reservation required. Difficult to get in during vacation time.

This is the trip we look forward to every year. A week of relaxation, fun, friends and great food. I've been coming to 4UR for the past 30 years and consider it one of my favorite weeks of the year. Ate dinner there as a "guest", not a part of the all-inclusive stays. Dinner was wonderful, and apparently we were lucky to get in on our first try. Others said they tried for reservations 4 times before getting in. The grounds are beautiful and I'm sure a week-long all-inclusive stay would be fabulous, albeit pricey!

It's great we were able to get you in on your first try! Reservations do tend to fill up quickly. We love to welcome dinner guests from the community to share our little piece of paradise, hopefully you can join us for dinner during the 2017 season as well!

I don't know where to start- everything was wonderful from the time we drove up to the time we drove away! Both the kids and adult horse program was amazing, the staff was incredible, and the property was gorgeous. The food was exceptional- for both my kids and my husband and I. We will be back next year!

It is nice place for summer season activities and relax. Excellent location, settlement, will be enjoyabable for sure. If you're looking for hot springs its not really worth to drive so far. There's only one indoor hot springs pool. Nice ranch, but make sure that it's not for budget vocation

Thank you for your comments. The 4UR originated as Wagon Wheel Gap Hot Springs Hotel in the year 1877, and has evolved into the gracious 3000 acre guest resort that it is today. For a more budget minded vacation may we suggest the nearby town of Pagosa Springs just a 40-minute drive from the 4UR. They have a beautiful facility...

Far and away one of the most incredible guest ranch experiences in an absolutely stunning hidden valley in a secret corner of Colorado. Don't think "dude ranch." Think pampered luxury vacation. Fantastic fly fishing (it is a private tailwater, which is extremely rare). A great horsemanship program. Natural hot springs for soaking (the Utes called this valley "Little Medicine"). Interesting...

Thanks Tom! You are right, dude ranch doesn't accurately describe 4UR Ranch. Our history is very interesting, especially when it comes to the Utes and the hot springs. We think our guest ranch is one of the best in the Rocky Mountains as well! See you all in 2017.
