Our double (2 queen bed) room was very clean and quiet. Due to the off season, it was very quiet for our 1 night stay...which we liked. Easy check in and out. You can drive up to the door and unload luggage, coolers, etc., really easy. There is a coffee maker, fridge and microwave in room. The Snowshoe Lodge is...

Saying that this room was clean with a wonderful king bed doesn't describe how delightful our room was. It wasn't fancy, but was emotionally very welcoming and relaxing. I slept so well here. The best bed we've had in many days on the road. The bathroom was very large, bigger than mine at home. Toilet was the tall variety --...

We love to go to Creede, Colorado to ride around the Batchelor Loop with our four wheelers. I checked TripAdvisor and found good reviews for The Snowshoe Lodge. Josh welcomed us to the Lodge and showed us where to park our four wheelers. There is now a designated road you can actually drive in town and it starts right where...

Crede Snowshoe Lodge is not for those who demand the amenities of mid to upper level road motels. First, I offer a caveat. We were assigned to the newest of the lodge's three buildings. I don't know about the conditions in the other buildings. The room's ambience was subly 'Old West' and relaxing, but as one previous reviewer noted, sound...

Staff was friendly and let us check in early. It is an old motel but clean. Only problem was thin walls and hearing the tv and people in the room next door. If the motel isn't booked ask for a room away from one that is occupied. Breakfast was great.

Very friendly place with nice lodging that is basic and very clean. Breakfast is truly outstanding. Egg casserole dish, killer french toast, steel cut oats, fruit, monkey bread, muffins -- better than most chain motels, like Hampton, Holiday Inn Express, etc.

The room was fine but rustic which is what we expected: simple but clean and well maintained. Bed was firm and comfortable. This is exactly what you would expect in a mountain town. Breakfast. I believe breakfast is served from 7am to 9 am (or 9:30 am). We arrived about 8:05 am. I got the very last small piece of...

The Snowshoe was recommended by friends who live in Creede. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Room was much larger & well-appointed than I expected. We had a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, table w 4 chairs, cute & tidy kitchenette, coffee & tea making supplies, refrigerator couch, chair, TV set, coffee table. It was quiet and they served a very...

I rated the lodge average because it's not going to "measure up" to hotel chains or big city hotels. I wouldn't want anyone to expect luxurious accommodations. However, it's clean, cutely decorated, and has good mattresses. The owners are delightful and helpful. the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves (but on AC).The breakfast (included in the room price) has some heavenly...

We enjoyed our stay in Creede. Several good dining option, great hiking, great museums, fantastic photos opportunities with old mining structures and scenic roads. The lodge is very nicely remodeled. The rooms were new from top to bottom. We loved the wooden ceilings. Cable TV selection was awesome.
