The place is a little tired but you can't beat the location - ski-in, ski-out. Also the staff is great and its a very relaxed atmosphere - perfect for families who can feel comfortable having their kids kind of run around, while the parents relax in the lobby. Also, I accidentally left my bag and laptop at the hotel and...

Perfect for ski in ski out. Located right on the Crested Butte slopes. The beds are like butter! You will sleep so good! Beautiful view, outdoor hot tubs are perfect too! Great spot and easy access for families.

We stayed President's week. Awesome ski in-ski out location right in the middle of the main base area. Staff was attentive, friendly, and professional. Prices are totally reasonable and if anything a bargain for peak ski season. Rooms were clean and well decorated. 5 stars all the way! I'll be back soon!

The hotel has a great location but is being managed very poorly. Here are the details: We'd stayed at the Elevation many times until three years ago when we switched to the Lodge at Mountaineer Square, mainly based on price at the time. On previous Elevation stays we'd had problems with hot water and wi-fi access. Both of these problems...

I stayed here in late January and the ski in-ski out location couldn't be more convenient. The rooms are spacious and in great condition and the service was phenomenal. There is no better value in Crested Butte, as the places I have stayed downtown are more expensive for a much smaller room. The beds at Elevation were also VERY comfortable....

Loved this Groupon...well worth the money. I'll be back. Favorite thing SNOWMOBILING!!!!!!!!!! If you go to this hotel, schedule the 3+ hour snowmobiling adventure. Worth every penny. I have a massage (necessary as the snowmobiling is a very active & somewhat physical adventure) and facial schedule this afternoon. Can't wait!!!!!
