My wife and I stayed two nights. Enjoyed every minute. Awsome views and a very tasty breakfast at 9am - so we could sleep-in after Casino Nights. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Mark and Peggy were gracious host and made us feel right at home. We recommend staying there for a very nice experience at a reasonable price. Jay and...

I stayed here in mid-July for 3 personal days before going on to a conference in Denver. I am so glad I made the effort to explore the Cripple Creek area using Whispering Pines as my home-base. The Wildflower Room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the therapeutic tub was perfect to relax in at night. Reading a book from the...

My husband and I were traveling through Colorado and decided to try a B&B instead of the usual hotel room, so this was our first experience at a B&B. Wow!! We had a beautiful room with a sweeping view of the mountains. The place was beautiful, quiet and serene. Mark and Peggy, our hosts, were eager to please and very...

My wife and I needed a short get-away from our busy lives of work and kids, and Whispering Pines was just what the doctor ordered! We arrived quite late on a Sunday night due to babysitter delays, and our hosts were waiting up for us with a smile and a warm welcome! They served us an incredible breakfast the following...

“The Garden Room has private parking and a private entrance, perfect for smokers. The Mountain Suite has beautiful views. If you ask nicely, Mark will drive you to and from town, free of charge. Just don't ask him late at night! He might even serenade you the next morning at breakfast. If you're not up for that sort of thing, don't stick around to visit after breakfast.”
