The room was not very clean. I was disappointed by that. The staff was nice though. They provided early check in and late check out. I am still waiting on an invoice to be emailed to me. I have asked for one four times and haven’t received anything.

Our recent stay at the Indigo was perfect. The location was ideal and easy walking distance to the ballpark and historical areas within downtown. The staff was also friendly and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I think it’s an OK Hotel, the elevator sometimes fail. It’s kind of weird also the roof it’s weird I know it’s meant to look that way, but it kind of looks like abandoned, wet and the room is so little, literally used that space. If you like to travel with luggage I would recommend another hotel. We just wanted to try something new

Our rooms are a nod to the natural surroundings with the use of grey and other muted colors through the guestroom. We do understand that the exposed cement ceiling isn’t a desirable aesthetic for everyone, which if that is the case, we can place guests on our 8th floor to enjoy a room with a finished painted ceiling. Our hotel has multiple room types that vary between 360-566sqft and our city view double provides more room to navigate around if you have a bit more luggage. We would love to welcome you back to check out another room type if you are ever back in Denver!

There are not enough words to describe the poor design and complete uselessness of a barn door on a bathroom. The door in our room was pulling the bolts that supported it out of the wall, making it rest on the floor, nearly impossible to move. To Indigo's credit, they sent maintenance to tighten the screws, which pulled back out of the wall the instant the door was moved again. When I complained a second time I was told "They're just really heavy," which, again, huh? A guest is expected to be able to move a 200lb fire hazard to use the toilet? Worse, even had it been newly hung and in pristine condition, a barn door hangs off of a protruding track on the wall. Meaning, one has no control over seeing, hearing, and smelling whomever is using the bathroom. Why is this so galling? A bathroom is literally the only place people expect full privacy. I was traveling with a film crew, co-workers. We were made to sit on the toilet and shower in front of each other because a barn doesn't actually close. I was offered a move to another room with a barn door toilet, and declined for the above reasons. I haven't even mentioned the haze, the actual fog, of smoke on our "smoke free" floor. We were forced to get high without consent as well. At check out I asked for a discount because of our bad experience, and was denied. Thank god for social media. Steer clear of this nightmare Joanna Gaines hotel. …

I was pleasantly surprised with the service and hospitality of the staff. Claudia was awesome from the jump allowing us to check in as early as she did. I’ve never had that happen. It worked out perfectly as we flew in early morning. Cory and Naomi were also very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. The room itself was exceptional. The corner room with all the windows is different than most I’ve stayed in and very comfortable. I will be staying again when I come to Denver.

A very comfortable and well-run hotel. I stay here repeatedly for work and have always been happy with the service, cleanliness, and comfort of the hotel and staff. It's close to Union Station (and a direct train to/from airport), food, and entertainment.

Nice hotel, great location, good design and comfortable. Great happy hour every evening from 5 to 6 and really attentive help. We stayed on the 4th floor and had an issue with loud music coming from a wedding party, but the font desk was attentive and they did their best to address the problem. The hotel valet tried to sell us on the parking but he wasn't honest with us about the prices nearby. Union Station parking is a very short walk and was $12 overnight on the weekends versus $50+ at the hotel. The only drawback of Union Station parking is that you can't come and go like with the valet.

Hotel is very nice; centrally located in downtown and right next to Union Station. Well appointed room, big bathroom. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast vouchers for the restaurant in the lobby, food was great. The only downside was the heating/AC is somewhat loud.

I had a really great stay at Hotel Indigo Denver Union Station! Although the hotel is not jam-packed with amenities (really just has a Fitness Center and an attached restaurant), it is extremely convenient and excellent for any trip to Denver. I especially loved how it is literally steps away from the train platform at Union Station and next to a CVS and Whole Foods for picking up any food or convenience items you may need. I was able to get from the airport to the hotel and grab a bite to eat without ever setting foot in a car! The room was very modern, clean, and comfortable with all the basics and a nice view of downtown Denver. Occasionally there would be some train noise from Union Station, but it was not disruptive at all as most of the rooms do not face the station. I was extremely pleased with the fast and convenient WiFi. The staff was very accommodating when I requested a late checkout and asked if I could store my bags. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient stay close to everything in Denver and a short train ride to all the surrounding sights.…

Such a nice boutique hotel. It is trendy, clean and has amenities that make a stay easy and pleasant. The tapas restaurant that is connected to it has great food and service. Many vegetarian options for those interested. Most of all the people are incredibly helpful and kind. They helped my daughter find her wallet and went above and beyond to get it back to her. There is a whole foods, cvs, great coffee shop (Landskapp) a blow out bar and several boutique stores within walking distance. Union Station is across the street and can get you to the airport in 30 min. Beautiful Boulder is 30 min up the road.
