The public area is very appealing, but the rooms are another story. You can hear traffic noise through the balcony door, and the wind comes through. There are no individual shower items such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Bring your own. Minimal room lighting as well as in the bathroom. There are only 2 coffee pods provided in the room for your morning wake up. There is no complementary breakfast offered. However, there is a restaurant on sight. For the price, I would consider another hotel. This was our first visit and our last.

Spent a night here to visit friends in town before skiing weekend. Property is being remodeled, but overall was fine. Obviously has seen it's glory days in the past, but still decent option for an overnight in the area.

For a hotel that appears to be catering to a more high end client this place lacked any amenities at all. Everything here had a key access to get in and mostly was not kept up. When I did ask for housekeeping they shorted towels didn’t refresh coffee cups and didn’t vacuum. The coffee shop was closed most of the time and you couldn’t find complimentary coffee or water until mid morning. Bathrooms were out of order for days. If you want any service at all please don’t stay here.

We were quite literally robbed while staying at this hotel, presumably by the housekeeping staff, while we were away at a wedding. We asked them to bring extra towels while we were away.... and returned to missing electronics, backpacks, laptops, you name it. The hotel staff did an okay job of helping us navigate the situation in the moment, however what would follow would be months of non responsiveness from both the hotels management agency, the insurance company, and Marriott themselves. The hotel uses a staffing agency for housekeeping, so there is obviously an issue with the quality of their staff. The hotel management companies insurance cited a century old inn-keepers law that shields them from risk because of the safe in the room... which mind you was too small for a computer and not in working condition (we weren't able to prove this.) We eventually settled with the staffing agency but this experience leaves a poor taste in our mouths. Being robbed is a traumatic event, and at a bare minimum they could have had someone help us navigate the process and advocate for us. Anyways, find another hotel.

I am a Lifetime Titanium Elite with over 1800 nights at Marriott properties and not picky at all, life is too short so roll with the punches. Have stayed at this property numerous times over the years and have seen it slide. LOTS of things which show they do not have their eye on the ball. Examples: Clock in the exercise room off 2 hours all 3 days I was there, all the sanitizing wipe containers to clean the equipment empty, both regular coffee containers in the concierge room empty, the breakfast was as basic as could be and cold, etc. The front desk clerk was bored to be there and went thru the motions. He never told me there was not any maid service. The prices in the restaurant were SO high, totally out of whack for this run down area of the city. Hate to be negative, really do, but these are only a few of the issues this last visit. Also , sticks in my craw they want $19 per night for parking in this area which is not near downtown at all.

We decided to stay here during a spur of the moment trip. We had a wonderful time, doing check in Marcus was an absolute blast to talk to as he checked us in to our room. My wife’s birthday was during our stay, and they sent up a slice of cheesecake and chocolate cake with candles in it, making it a perfect experience for us. The view was amazing and we had nothing but a perfect experience. We will be staying here again!

Never mind the fact that I requested a king bed and got a room with 2 queens or that the bathroom sink faucet looked like it was about to fall apart. All I ask when I stay in a hotel is that there are sufficient toiletries, which my room did not have upon my arrival. Instead of lotion on the sink counter, there was a tube of hair conditioner. The shampoo and shower gel were communal bottles that have to be refilled by housekeeping. Well when I woke up at 5am to take a shower, I discovered the shower gel had not been refilled after I started taking a shower. Why is housekeeping not checking the bottles/toiletries for a new guest?!?!?! I had to get out and call front desk, who informed me that they would have housekeeping refill it when they got into work; however, the bottled was not refilled when I got back to the hotel that night. So I had no shower gel for showers during my entire stay. Unacceptable.

1) room has no desk, just table with lamp; 2) nowhere to plug laptop and phone charger in on non-existent desk, had to use extension cord; 3) no clock in room, clock-like device by bed not plugged in, had to move bed to find outlet and then unplug a lamp to plug in clock device which did not work anyhow; 4) no coffee in lobby at 5:45 AM; 5) dirty dishes left overnight in dining area; 6) dirty glasses left on bar tables overnight; 7) breakfast came in plastic containers and order was wrong; 8) lemon water container in lobby was empty at 6 AM; 9) overall the staff I encountered had an attitude of "I don't give a damn, I'm only here for a few more hours"

Both the service and the product of the hotel are underwhelming. In my case, the hotel was oversold so our room reservation was placed into a makeshift sleeping arrangement at the hotel; I understand this happens, however, how this was handled is where I find fault. I am still waiting on contact from the GM despite being copied in on e-mail correspondence and leaving a voicemail. It's been a month...

Travelled to Denver for a wedding and stayed for 5 days/4 nights having chosen the hotel for close proximity to the airport and other touristy attractions. I was a little weary having read some of the reviews regarding cleanliness and service but it was much better than I was expecting. Front desk was always incredibly kind and check in/check out was very quick. They played great music and it was always nice seeing people in the lobby area enjoying meals and drinks. The claims of homelessness being present aren’t wrong but there are not as many people around the area as described though coming from another Metropolitan area, homelessness does not bother me as I understand that our unhoused neighbors will always be present especially in more commercial areas. We received a balcony room but didn’t have a view of the mountains as advertised; we had a view of the little strip mall across the street which was fine. The room was quite clean except the comforter did have stains which we had requested for a new one but house keeping had just put the old one back onto the bed. We had a rental for our stay and decided to park the car on the street behind the hotel where other cars were parked because we didn’t want to pay the $19/night garage fee. The first night the car was fine but it did end up being stolen and the hotel has no cameras behind the building so bear that in mind if you decide to stay here and park your car on the street as well. DPD told us that the rental car we received is the #1 stolen car at the moment so it was unfortunate but we made the most out of the trip despite that. Overall, the hotel was very charming in its own way even in spite of some of the dated appliances and though it was unfortunate our rental car was stolen, it was a better experience than anticipated. Probably will not stay here again but we enjoyed our time!
