The stay was good except the windows are very tall and we couldn't get the top of the curtain to completely close. This allow a light to shin in our faces the entire night. Great location to lots of nightlife fun. It was quite, clean and safe. Would recommend and would stay again. Staff at the hotel was friendly.

Have stayed at this property for years when attending events in downtown Denver - but no more. Last trip sealed the deal. Ceiling over the bathtub was visibly cracked and started leaking water when the shower was turned on in the morning. Front desk staff person that a.m. offered no apology when I called and told him we needed another...

Our previous stays here were delightful. Things have changed. Gruff east European front desk. Curt and explained little, not helpful. Called 20 minutes ahead to get my car out of the 37 dollar a day valet, and front desk failed to let them know, took another 20 minutes to get my car. We were in town to see a play,...

This was my second stay at Courtyard Denver within one year. It is a good downtown location on the 16th Street Mall, walking distance from very good restaurants. I was disappointed that basic television cable service in the room was not available. When I made a request for service (twice over two days), I was eventually informed by the responding...

I have not stayed in downtown Denver in a number of years and glad I picked this property.Located in the heart of downtown, lots of places to eat and shop. The convention center is a few block away as well. This property has an Embassy Suites feel with the open lobby. The staff were very nice and helpful. My room...

My partner and I planned a stay at this Courtyard after a social event in Denver. We live about 30 miles away, but preferred not to drive home. Immediately after checking in we learned that we had an emergency at home and needed to return home in any event. Staff, especially night manager Calee Grabinski, were extraordinarily accommodating and saw...

The hotel is at the end of the pedestrian street (16 th str). The staff was really friendly and helpful. The check-in was very fast. The hotel and rooms were a bit worn down, but very clean. Very comfortable beds. Not sound-proof walls between rooms. Not enough light in the bath-room. The restaurant at the hotel was not worth the...

The staff were consistently and universally friendly. The fitness center is well equiped. There are plenty of comfortable nooks in public sections for meeting with associates. In room amenities were generous.

No complaints about the hotel, the staff was friendly and the room very nice and the trolley is right outside. The area is not what it was 20 years ago, which at the time was the place to be. Now the outside door to the 16th St Mall is locked at night and there were several minor police "events" going...
