First let start by saying the front desk staff especially Tucker and Carlos we're very courteous and professional. Now the negatives Don't let the beautiful lobby fool you. My room(Suite) upon entering had a funky smell we could not get rid of. The bathroom shower floor was extremely slippery with no safety bar. The microwave was located practically on the floor, the sofas in the living room was filthy. The furniture was horrible. Everything needs to be changed. Garbage left in the hall way by ice machine for days. Don't get me started on housekeeping. If not for the wonderful staff at the front desk and the proximity to plenty of Restaurants and shopping I would rate 1 star. .

We aim to provide a sparkling clean and comfortable atmosphere in all of our public spaces and guest rooms, and I sincerely apologize that we failed to meet those expectations. I am going to bring all of your comments to the leadership meeting this week, and we will discuss how to improve upon each and every one. You gave us some great feedback, and I think focusing on that will have a huge impact! We love our location on 16th Street Mall, and I'm even happier to announce that we have a Mexican restaurant, Casa Tequilla's, that will be opening inside our hotel! My third time staying here in Denver (downtown). As a fitness fan (runner), I rely on having a gym. THIS visit, the hotel had neglected to provide water in the gym. If the machine is broken, then instead of filling the refrigerator with towels (seriously, rolled up hand towels in there), fill it with water bottles. At 10 cents each, THIS customer would have really appreciated the effort!! I’m a huge fan of Marriott, always stay there when I travel (Boston 8 X for marathon), so it’s worth it to me to let you know my thoughts…thank you for this space.

Very nice Courtyard. Nice bathrooms and beds, huge TV. Location is great for most of downtown Denver. Only knock is no restaurant or bar, which is kind of strange for a downtown hotel. They did say one will be there in the future.

I host meetings for my business and employees at least 4-5 times a year. Jessica, Michelle, Ashley and the rest of the staff are friendly, professional, prompt and flexible. The hotel is very clean and convenient to eat, entertain and explore downtown Denver. The work out room is great and the Starbucks connection is a nice addition. I look forward to more stays!!

I won’t stay here again. It’s not as. Close to the convention center as I thought it would be. If you have a family, I would recommend staying at a hotel that has food or at least more than snacks. The Good: The hotel is connected to a Starbucks with a really friendly staff. The Bad: The hotel doesn’t have a Bistro so you can’t get anything to eat unless you get snacks from the Market behind the front desk. And, every time we flushed the toilet, our sink gurgled. The Ugly: The hotel doesn’t have a bar but you can get beer and crappy wine at the Market.

Modern Hotel, nice and clean. Rooms and bed was very comfortable. Something to not is that this hotel was extremely quiet. Very nice. You could not hear a thing from other guests or rooms. This made for a very relaxing stay. The meeting rooms were also very comfortable and the catered lunch was good. This property does not have restaurant, but does have a Starbucks next door. Very convenient. There is also an amazing Jazz Bar next door along with Sams # 3 and a lot of great food and bar options within walking distance.

With many hotels to choose from within a few blocks, it was a bit of a guessing game which one to stay for an extra night after a week long stay elsewhere in Colorado before flying back home. It was the appeal of on older building that was converted and some of the online pictures of rooms with very large windows, combined with only a brief walk to Union Station to catch the airport train ended up to be the main factors for the decision. The room itself did not disappoint with very high ceilings and great big windows to let in the light really made the room feel more spacious. Not all rooms however have the large windows, some face an inside common space and the side of the building you can't see in the picture above has very small windows. I'm not sure if all floors had the high ceilings either. The other unknown when I booked was the large construction job along the street that's on the left hand side of the building. I was fortunate to get a room that did not face the construction. Overall based on the upgraded room I managed to get, it made for a great stay. There are great food & drink options all within a few minutes walk and the vibe of being right in right downtown made my one night in Denver a memorable one.…

After a 12 hour drive home, my daughter immediately realized she left her eyeglasses in our room while unpacking. She called immediately to inquire about them, and the gentleman on the phone with her was rude and not helpful. When we called back the next day, they were apparently not found by housekeeping and not in lost and found, even after I gave very specific instructions as to where they were in the room. Called back the next day, and was told they would speak with the staff that cleaned the room. No eyeglasses were found. There is absolutely no way anyone who was thoroughly cleaning that room would have not found them. So someone is enjoying a new pair of eyeglasses that belong to us. In addition, when we checked in, we were told our room wasn’t ready and given suggestions on what to do to pass the time, which included walking down 16th street which was not safe at all! Then upon returning and waiting in the common area, we watched 5 different groups of people with 2 queen beds given rooms, while we sat waiting. Interesting how one just magically was available when my husband inquired again. Will never stay at this hotel again. So disappointed, because we generally have great luck with Marriott hotels.…
