Hotel itself is ok but took at least 20 minutes to even get our car to the valet because they were short staffed. Also, there is a resort fee that supposedly covered a shuttle service that was not available the night we stayed.

This hotel doesn’t disappoint. This is the second time I have stayed here. Both times the room and hotel are chic and well appointed. Jesse at the front desk circled us in and went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. Will definitely stay here again.

Charming hotel with exceptional staff. A MUST stay if you are in the Denver area! During the week, it was quiet, Friday night the street noise was a little loud (there was also an Avs game that night). My only suggestion would be better lighting in the bathroom, but I would stay at this property again in a heartbeat.

At over $300 a night for a mid week stay, I was expecting excellent quality and luxury. While the hotel is cute, it certainly did not meet my expectations. Housekeeping had left behind several hairs in the bathroom amongst the sink and near the bathtub, the sheets did not fit the mattress so the mattress was exposed on the sides which had an unappealing look. The restaurant quality was just average, and the walls are very thin so you could clearly hear what the people in the next room are saying to each other.

This has just become my favorite hotel! It is a beautiful boutique hotel with old world charm and wonderful staff. When I made my reservation, I let them know this was a special weekend for my mom who just turned 94. When we arrived, everyone was so solicitous, from the front desk and his well wishes, to the valet who took our bags to the room and then parked the car. The room was beautiful with a spectacular view of the foothills and a complimentary bottle of wine for mom. The hotel has happy hour and serves complimentary wine and other beverages. The location is perfect and we walked the 1 block to the theater. We had to eat in the library because our puppy refused to stay in our room quietly. The staff at the restaurant, The Nickel, was so kind and served us out in the Library. The food was fabulous, the wine and cocktails a perfect addition. I can’t wait to plan my next stay.…

Natalie and Matthew were amazing! Love the hotel, gorgeous room, comfy beds and perfect pillows. Staff is over the top and happy to do anything that will make your stay more comfortable. This is not my first visit and it won’t be my last!

Hotel car service saved us from needing to rent a car. Everyone was very friendly. Room was a little small but had clean, updated furnishings. Great location. Just blocks from everything. Take the train from the airport to Union Station and they will come pick you up.

What a beautiful wedding weekend we had at Hotel Teatro. The staff was professional, enthusiastic and delivered more than we envisioned. Belle was a joy to work with and helped us plan the event every step of the way. The hotel staff was extremely accommodating to our requests and the requests of our guests. Several of our out-of-town guests stayed at the hotel and gave rave reviews from the comfort of their rooms to the warm, the convenient location to the classy decor. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, The Nickel Restaurant was delicious, the best part of the hotel is the all staff, polite, helpful, and can hold a real conversation and even laugh with you. Amazing stay was a great romantic trip for my wife and I, the hotel is in walking distance to many many things, we actually walked to an from our concert at the Bellco Theater, it was an amazing experience.
