I Used their airport parking for the long weekend. Returned last night and my truck was stolen! I do NOT recommend using their parking services! When you pay to park you pay to have peace of mind you will return to your vehicle being safe and secure. This place does nothing to ensure that!

My husband and I stayed here with our two dogs. The room was great. Very clean and spacious. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The parking lot felt safe and the hotel was easy to get to from I70. We enjoyed our breakfast (very unusual for a hotel). There were plenty of options and the omelets were really good.

The reception desk is horrific. Namely Renee. Booked with Hilton Honors for 4 nights and 3 rooms. The two ladies at the front could not have been more unpleasant and rude to incoming guests. The employees were raising their voices and highly irritable. She was condescending and rude in front of families and children. We were here for a long vacation but this was no way to start it. Will never stay at an EmbassySuites again.

Very nice property. Parking is extra, but reasonable for Denver at $9 per night. The room had a desk with nice office chair, a sofa and side chair, which were both comfy. The bedroom area was nice as well. The bed itself was also comfy, and we slept quite well. The bathroom is a little tight and the commode is a little low to the ground. Of course, with Embassy Suites, all rooms open out to an atrium area that has skylights for that naturally lit sitting/dining area below. They have a full bar and offer a complimentary "mixer" in the evenings with free cocktails. Breakfast is complimentary as well, with made-to-order omelets, and the coffee is quite good. Everything is clean, the staff is efficient and friendly, and our 2 night stay was enjoyable. The hotel is just minutes away from downtown and easy to get to most places you may want to go. At $154 per night, all in al, it's not a bad place to stay in Denver.

Best Embassy Suites I’ve stayed at. Very clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. I will definitely stay here again. We actually added an additional night to our stay. We had not expected such a kind a caring staff. The staff really felt like a family working together to make for the best stay possible. The receptionist made sure we had enough blankets and cribs, and moved rooms around for us so my brothers family was as close as possible to our room. The manager checked in with us at breakfast daily and offered to bring us a high chair for our youngest. Our toddler got out of our room while my wife was in the shower. The staff made sure he got to the rest of the family eating breakfast on the main floor. Later someone made oatmeal for our baby even though breakfast was over. Room cleaning was beyond what was expected. Everything was put in order like we were checking into a new room. This location was very family friendly.

A little bit of preface; not bragging but I’ve been to a bunch of hotels and I’m a “lifetime diamond member” so I like to stay at Hiltons and especially Embassy Suites because of the manager’s reception and the breakfasts. This hotel is very dated. The room’s walls and furniture were dinged up and the carpet looked a bit worn. Those are things an update will fix and with it being costly, I realize I will have this condition at some hotels so it is something that although not pleasing to look at it is just part of traveling. The bathroom is super small and you have to scoot between the door and toilet to close the door and use the tub/shower. You could wash your feet/shave your legs, use the toilet, and put on makeup at the mirror at the same time. Okay, maybe I’m exaggerating a little but I’m not overweight and I had trouble not hitting my knees on the door while sitting on the toilet. I asked the front desk staff and manager if I could borrow an iPhone car charging cable as I flew and I normally drive on trips. The one I had with me is the newer USB-C and doesn’t fit in the car’s usb port. I have been told by several hotels’ front desk staff that housekeeping always has a box full of charging cables. I’ve left some behind. After speaking with the front desk employee he said, “well you obviously don’t believe me so I’ll let you talk to the manager”. The manager said the maybe housekeeping has an extra one and that he would get back with me but he never did. I had to go out in the evening (mind you I’m female - born that way - and this was the first time in Denver for me so I was a bit nervous) and buy one. I’m of old school I guess because if someone says they will get back with me I kinda expect them to. Be prepared…the hotel charges $9 per night to park in their open, unsecured lot that is not very well lit.

We are sorry that you were disappointed in your stay with us. We are the first to admit that our property is not the newest one in the area, having officially opened in 1985. With age, does not necessarily come bad things. The team takes very good care of the hotel, and as officially been given Outstanding rating by Hilton Quality Assurance inspection team for the past fifteen years in a row. The hotel rating of Outstanding goes back further than that, just cannot access information beyond the fifteen year time frame. Regarding the failure of our front office and the housekeeping manager not following through on your request of a car charger, I will personally address this issue with both departments first thing Monday morning. That should not have happened, and I assure you each person will have a clear understanding of that fact after our discussion. Please accept my apology, and hope your future travels meet your expectations.

My husband and I stayed for four nights and found it to be most enjoyable. The property was very busy during our stay with a gaming convention. And there were many families that checked in for a youth soccer tournament, which was cancelled due to weather, so many children were trying to stay entertained at the hotel. The management/staff stayed on top of maintaining a safe environment for all guests. We were especially pleased with the excellent customer service received by Luis at the lobby bar and also received by Jeff and Mama during the breakfast buffet. We had dinner a few evenings at the bar, and everything was delicious. We would definitely stay at this property again during future visits to Denver! Thank you!

We have stayed here before but this time they seemed to have changed some things for good. Have quiet hours and a policy if you are disruptive (we have stayed here when could not sleep due to noise from a group in the atrium). Spa open to adults only 1030 to midnight. Breakfast the cooks and attendants were very efficient. Sofa bed was comfortable. Only downside was the spa was not hot and there was no one to fix it until morning.

This hotel is exactly what I’m looking for. Would be nice if there was a room service/restaurant for dinner but I don’t blame them for not, this is a crowded market for food. The breakfast was perfect, the chef was friendly and did an excellent job. The coffee was good (hazelnut creamer was a nice touch), everything was good. No complaints at all! The room was terrific, plenty big for the 4 of us and nothing looked worn or dilapidated. The bed was comfortable, the pull out sofa is adequate for kids. I wouldn’t recommend the pull out for adults but I have never seen a pullout where I would. TV’s are newer LG TV’s, nice picture. The guide could be revamped, you can’t see what programming is on TV, you just have to click through the channels (which move very slow) and see what’s on. TV guide has been around for 60+ years, surely we could figure out how to incorporate this or similar. Shower never got hot but it was prime showering time in the morning, notably it was never cold. The parking lot was full so I would assume this was a worst case scenario but be aware if you want a scalding hot shower get on it early. Pool area is awesome. The pool is much larger than most hotels of this size, and the hot tub was a good temperature. The sauna is large enough for a handful of people and was an unexpectedly nice touch. Plenty of chairs and loungers, far more than in most hotels. The large windows let in a ton of natural light and makes for a really enjoyable place. The kids loved it! Every staff member we have encountered has been incredibly pleasant, from the man washing the floors (the entire hotel is spotless, the staff are always cleaning and making sure it’s perfect) to the best part of this hotel, Jeremiah at the front desk. I haven’t encountered a nicer individual at any front desk, he greeted me promptly, explained everything I needed to know, answered my questions and did everything extremely quickly! Yes, they charge for parking, current rate is $9 per night. Yes, there is a dispensary across the street, no there were never any issues. This hotel is located in a more industrial area so this is just part of the territory. Bottom line, I found my hotel in Denver, this place is awesome!
