The staff was very friendly and helpful and the reason we stayed at the hotel was due to the location in proximity to the airport and the fact the website stated they had an operational pool. When we arrived the pool was out of service, no fault of the guest services but the company should have posted that online and I would not have chosen to stay there.

A few of my coworkers stayed at different hotels near the airport and in comparison, Hyatt House was the best. Very nice suites, clean, a bar downstairs, free continental breakfast, overall I had a great experience.

Great hotel, easy access to and from airport. Rooms are big and comfortable and clean. Loved the big shower. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was exceptional. Highly recommend if you need a hotel close to the airport.

Despite having a pre-paid reservation and having checked in online already, unfortunately, our flight was delayed. When we arrived and called for the shuttle, we were told it was no longer running. Nowhere in the process we were given the hours of the shuttle. We were forced to take two separate Ubers to the hotel at our own expense. The manager on duty was nonplussed about our predicament. It is unfair to charge us to the hotel when the hours for the shuttle are listed as 24 hours.

I have been traveling to Denver for over a year and I have stay at the Hyatt House in Tower rd, staff is very helpful, hotel is very clean and rooms are very well taking care of. Will keep staying there for the future stays while I am in Denver..

The best value for location, service and comfort. Free shuttle but it drops only at southwest airlines but should be at Delta as well. Shuttle takes 7 mins to get to airport. Room was clean. Mattress was new and very comfortable, I like firm ones.

Clean, welcoming, close to the airport . After skiing and driving back late from Beaver Creek this was a Great choice especially since we had an early flight the next morning. The hotel has an early shuttle service so we dropped off the rental the night before, and with a 10 minute Lyft back to the hotel, the next morning was an easy checkout and ride to the terminal.

The pool was unavailable during my stay and I didn't have very good phone signal. I used the hotel WIFI for phone services during my stay. Overall the staff was very helpful with great customer service.

First the closeness to the airport was great. The shuttle takes about 10 minutes to get to the hotel. The check in process was quick because I did everything online. The stuff was very professional, helpful and polite. I was my first time in CO and was waaay to cold to go food shopping so I didn’t get to use my room stove. My room had nice pots, pans and utensils. There was a full frig and microwave hitch I did use. The living room area was nice and it had a desk to one side. The TV can be turned to face the lounging area or the bed. The bathroom was set up nice and I liked the fact the shower door can be opened inward from inside to keep water from dripping on the floor. That was a plus. There wasn’t a lot of restaurants in the area so you will have to order in or go out. For me that was ok because I wasn’t going anywhere in that freezing weather. I got to my room kind of late and the next day I was out until late evening for business so the first night I ordered in and the second night we ate at the restaurant located in the Westin hotel at the airport since we were already there for meetings. There is a train at the airport to take you downtown i believe if you choose to do that when you stay here. I checked out the next day after eating a hot breakfast and coffee. There was hot and continental breakfast and again it wasn’t bad at all. They also have a bar there but it was closed while I was there. Only thing I encountered was some mold on the shower floor but I did inform the front desk on the way out. All in all it was a great stay. …
