Nice staff, breakfast and situation. If I need to come back to Colorado Springs, I would come back to this hotel. Even, it has a pizzeria inside the hotel and the quality is really good. We didn't use the pool, but it has an indoor one.

Hotel's Favourite
First the rooms are big, clean and quiet. The breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel, chili verde was excellent. Finally I got a great price just by calling them directly after looking at a hotel internet site. They didn't match it, they beat it!

The floors and doorknobs were filthy. A guest in the room next to mine, yelled, "Shut up" several times and pounded on the wall, while I was talking on my cell phone. Maria and the front desk staff were very courteous, professional, and accommodating. I hope they find a better place to work. I rated the service as average, because of the poor housekeeping job on my room.

I made a reservation but upon showing up, I cancelled. It was just too dirty. The hallway was filthy and I know they allow dogs but the place felt like a kennel. I would not even consider this place.

Staff is nice and helpful. However the former comfort inn next door is now a homeless shelter so the area is covered w homeless . Not really what I want when traveling on my own or expect from a best western. This is my second poor best western stay- seems to be going downhill fast

We always choose Best Western because we usually know what to expect. Clean. Good breakfast. However, Not in the best part of town. Hard to get to. We chose this hotel because it was only 3.5 miles from the concert venue not realizing the issues with location.

This place is trashy!! Walls have wholes and are poorly patched up and painted over. Pillows are black, as in dirty black!! Toilet is nearly falling off wall!! If you're looking for clean and pretty, dnt stay here!!
