The restaurant food is just basic hit or miss. I would have expected much better food !! The room is nice but the television channels are totally not even adequate. No good stations. Not even Lifetime. No movie channels. Terrible excuse for television channel options. No movie channels or even an option to rent movies. !! Please upgrade!!!

My family and I took a vacation to Denver and stayed here. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The hotel has a pool that we utilized and an outstanding breakfast with made to order omelets along with a vast amount of buffet style breakfast food choices. In the evenings from 4 to 6 they have simple snacks and complimentary beer, cocktails, and wines. The hotel also includes a nice exercise room and is within walking distance of Coors field and 16th street mall. We had a very nice time staying here and will stay here again when visiting downtown Denver. On a side note...we read alot of reviews about the homeless population and the area being unsafe. We saw a few homeless people, but we never felt we were in danger and were never approached or bothered.

Staying here with friends for 5 nights and we are on night 3. It has been pretty disappointing. The fridge wasn't working correctly, but the maintenance man was great and quick to replace the whole fridge (as well as replace a light bulb that was out). We also discovered a dirty face mask behind the couch when we went to make the bed. The hairdryer was broken. The line for breakfast is ridiculous...and it's the only option. We just had housekeeping come today and they took the bedding for the pull out couch... when we called to get bedding, they can't give us any. My son doesn't have bedding... and they literally are telling me they can't give me bedding more. They can't even tell me when i can get bedding. The service is awful and the man we spoke to literally laughed at us asking for an ETA on when someone could bring up sheets and a blanket. Hands down the worst experience I've had at a Hilton owned property.…

We stayed here for 4 nights during a very busy volleyball tournament weekend and I was so impressed with the young woman at the front desk, Rachel Stone. From the minute we checked in to the days in between and check out, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent in every way. She's also an extremely hard worker, as she was there late into the night back very early the next morning. All this while having two year old twins at home! Did I mention she was also in a walking boot the entire time? There's a lot to like about this hotel (make to order omelettes by Collin are the BEST) but the work ethic and attitude of Rachel Stone at the front desk really made this stay amazing and we can't thank her enough.

This is the first time I’ve stayed at an Embassy Suites since I was a kid and I remember loving the breakfast omelette bar. I’m glad to see the omelette bar quality is still consistent. Chef Alex Medina was manning the station and turned out an absolutely delicious omelette, hats off! This downtown Denver location is nice and spacious overall as well!
