First impression: there is no safe pedestrian access to this hotel. There is a sidewalk that goes almost all the way there, but then unaccountably stops a couple of hundred yards short so that you have to walk either on the road or through a muddy quagmire. Once there, I was checked in promptly and efficiently by the friendly clerk. My room was clean and comfortable, though it suffered from Darth Vader syndrome: it was a little on the dark side. Specifically, the light at the entrance was so ineffective that I didn't even have enough light to see the light switches to turn on the other lights. The 'upgrade' to a room with courtyard view meant that I was looking out on to... another muddy quagmire and a disused swimming pool. There was a coffee maker in the room with disposable cups. It took several attempts to connect to the wifi, but once connected it worked well. Breakfast was nice, with a decent selection of hot and cold items and eggs available to order. This place is the best of the best when it comes to customer service. Assuming you can figure out the stupid layout of the street and surrounding interstates, lol, once you get there, it’s a welcomed sight! The staff is extremely polite, kind & diligent, and keeps up with you via text message, checking for any needs or issues. Thanks for the amazing stay!!

By far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever experienced! Where do I begin… *1st night- toilet ran constantly, staff moved us to another room; *2nd night - college students in adjoining room talked loud up til ~ 1:15am (Sunday morning) - front desk had to be notified twice; 3rd night - large dog barking from a room nearby, around midnight. Later advised that the customer didn’t check the dog in during initial check-in process.

The room was nice, and the hospitality by staff was exemplary. Special shout out to the front desk staff and kitchen/lounge staff as well for going out of their way to make the hotel stay comfortable. In particular Carolyn and I want to thank Sidney, Jess and A.J. - front desk staff. And the kitchen staff was willing to fix a meal for us after our flight arrived after regular closing time - unbelievable! Grateful.

Shout to all the staff at this location. My mom has dementia and diabetes, I was in town taking her to some doctors appointments but I was solo as my husband and family were all working. They were so kind to her and were an extra set of eyes for me! The GM Cheryl Biggens made sure the staff was aware and was always a welcoming smile and voice of reason. Also special shout out to Sydney who called me right away when she took a field trip while I was picking up her meds! Cheryl you have a great team and you are an amazing leader!

Where do I start. Check-in was rude and disregarded my concern about the rate. Food was nasty, raw fish and limp cold fries, all the furniture in the room was chipped or broken or dirty. When I saw a bug on the sheet I pulled covers back and found stains. It had not been washed! The free coffee maker is this drip thing that you pour hot water into, not a pot. No hot water in the shower. None. You don't want to step in it anyway. Both room keys stopped working. There was an out of control line of 20+ people checking in so I had to call the Hilton 800 number to get security to help. Don't let the photos of the dining areas fool you! They are not good. Filthy tables and chairs with no padding that are ripped and broken. And my favorite part... there's a semi truck yard across the street and every 10 minutes they would make a LOUD noise like a train whistle. All.night.long.…

I sat ignored in the restaurant for 45 minutes trying to redeem my food credit! I was ignored by staff despite my efforts to speak to them and get their attention! Go anywhere else! This is how a Lifetime Hilton HHoners Diamond member is treated!

AJ was helpful, polite, and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Graciella was a superb housekeeper! She was so sweet and friendly. She did a wonderful job and went above and beyond to make us happy. However, that one bad apple spoiled our whole stay. Jennifer was at the front desk this morning. She was rude and condescending. She told me to ‘read the fine print’. She assured me that my gold member status did not get me any extra perks at her hotel. She should remove herself from any customer service position.
