In town for a few days on our way to Steamboat Springs. In the past, stayed at numerous hotels in town. Decided to try a B&B instead of a hotel. The Patterson Inn is a very good B&B, beautiful historic building, rooms are nice, staff...More
When in Denver, we highly recommend staying The Patterson Inn. It was an extraordinarily lovely stay; we slept very well, felt right at home and enjoyed the way they made us feel special! (Fresh cookies in the foyer to welcome you!)

My spouse and I stayed here while passing through Denver. We loved the friendly service -- the staff was more than happy to recommend local restaurants, and the 5pm wine service in the downstairs bar was a fun, relaxing way to kick off our evening....More
All of Denver was overbooked so I happened to find the Patterson Inn by chance and I'm so glad I did! This is not a cookie cutter Marriott/hilton/hyatt experience. I love a chain when I've never been to a city and don't want surprises. But...More

I did not have a car, so I did not pay too close attention to parking. There was parked cars on both side of street. The Inn may have had some parking in the back, but on the front side- entrance there was only two parking places. They may just be for unloading as I did not see cars parked there for extended periods of time. Sorry I am not more helpful.
