First time here, never been a Marriott person before but I think I’m a convert. Staff was excellent and let us check in a little early. The room was awesome, plenty of room, the bed was super comfy. The breakfast in the morning was good, lots of choices, hot and cold, yummy! Love the location, Blake St. Liquor store really close.

Oufunchick2023- So happy you enjoyed your time here in the Mile Hi city. Our hotel was renovated in 2020 with awesome new beds and couches that have a trundle bed. We are conveniently located across the street from Ball arena and just a couple of blocks into downtown Denver with the 16th Street pedestrian mall; lots of food and shopping for all. Hope to see you again.

I would recommend anyone seeing an event at Ball Arena stay here. I really don't have many issues with the property; it felt new and not run down. You get what you expect, a room to stay the night in that felt appropriate for the price. Pros: Location to Ball Arena Great shower amenities (Paul Mitchell) Comfortable bed Quiet Value matched price Staff was friendly Cons: Breakfast and coffee weren't great and didn't match the quality of the hotel. The room stayed a little warm despite turning down the thermostat.

Outstanding Customer Service and facility was amazing. We came to see the Denver Nuggets play the Philadelphia 76ers and everything was in walking distance. The breakfast selection was also a great thing to have a s well. Mahalo Nui and God Bless.

If I could leave 0 Stars I would. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered in any industry. I won't bore you with the details, but I was so disappointed in my experience here that I left midway through my stay. JT Cockerill, who I believe is the Front Desk Manger, was unhelpful and rude. There are too many great (Marriot) properties in downtown Denver to stay here...my advice would be to avoid altogether and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

AWESOME Stay. Rooms and hotel were fresh and clean. Rooms were roomy and quiet. Breakfast was very good. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I booked a wedding block, and Daijah was helpful, friendly, and was the BEST customer service I have ever had in a hotel. My family and my new extended family enjoyed their stay. We will Be Back!

Really nice hotel. Wonderful staff! Our room met our needs for the evening we stayed there. I would highly recommend to my friends and/or business associates this particular hotel in downtown Denver. Location was perfect for our stay.

We stay regularly at this location since we (my family and I) do volunteer work some weekends for students at the campus. The staff is absolutely the best! JT and the entire staff have been absolutely wonderful from the smiling staff when we checkin to the morning breakfast crew who say good morning even amidst a very busy breakfast time. Even the engineer makes sure our door and thermostat are working well. The accommodations are excellent with a great view of downtown too. I really can't say enoughabout all the nice things they do to make us feel so comfortable away home but the biggest amenity are the people that work there.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Denver. I knew I’d likely write a review based on the very clean and modern aesthetic of this property - just wasn't sure what was going to get me started. Like any good day, it was breakfast. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast with great variety and the food was quite good - yum yum on the turkey breakfast burrito. Truthfully, it was the super professional staff at breakfast that inspired me and I want to give praise to Brandi. She saw a guest use their hand to reach in for bacon, politely addressed it, then took away the item that had been touched - replacing it with fresh food. I've seen the very opposite behavior in other hotel buffets and to me this really spoke to the quality of the employees at this Springhill Suites. Everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They keep the hotel spotless. While sitting in the lobby I watched a maintenance worker comb the sand that anchors the lobby art display - quite zen. There’s loads of art throughout the hotel created by MSU faculty, students, and alumni – did some exploring using the handy QR codes. I stayed in a king executive suite with a view of ball arena and the bed was extremely comfortable. Things I loved in this room were the location of the of the shower handle and the very functional couch. A lot of times when you have a shower door that's fixed you need to step into the shower to turn it on and risk getting soaked - not here. The shower controls are on the wall opposite to the shower head so you simply need to reach and turn on the shower let it steam up - thank you!! The couch is big and comfy and get this - it can be used a daybed for sleeping and there’s a pullout trundle too. So, for a family or a group of girl/guy friends coming to a show at ball you can have a comfortably sleep in this room. I do wish there were some different lighting options – something on the far side of the bed (that’s just me). What else did I love the love about my stay? Degree - the restaurant across the way was convenient, had a good menu, and the GM burger was excellent. I’m not sure what they use to spice up their fries but I dug it. I got it to go and ate it back at my room - I would have loved a non-caffeinated, non-cola option in the lobby market like ginger ale - maybe next time :) . Wrapping up, the location was perfect - right across from ball arena and close enough to walk downtown. The area was clean and quiet and feels very safe - the doors lock at 11 PM and you need a key in order to get it. Neat fact: Chatting with an employee I learned the profits from this property go to MSU, thank you Maya. For me, knowing my stay here supports education is a total win-win.…

We stayed here for the Bruce Springsteen concert. It was an easy walk to Ball Arena. The room was clean. The layout of the room is odd, but that's a corporate design decision (your bed faces the bathroom door directly. Each employee we met was friendly and helpful. Here's a special shout out to Tony--great guy! I was impressed with the free breakfast. It was a notch above with biscuits and gravy and sausage, egg, and cheese on a biscuit. I also liked the entire lobby was available for seating. Each morning was quite busy, but it did not feel crowded. I would stay here again for the location and the accommodations!

Being Floridians and the snow was coming we had to book a room. The staff here was extremely helpful and wonderful. Diovon was amazing and even helped me mail my letters. Service was prompt and the entire staff was very accommodating.
