Mehhhhh… Front desk area was a mess. Overflowing garbage cans, jacket on the floor, food tray. Lobby okay but odd that the fireplace was not going in early March in Colorado. Our room was a little strange-big room but almost looked like it was missing furniture? Checkout supposed to be at 11am but housekeeper knocked at 9:30am. Great location but overall experience not the best.
Adam and Collin were so helpful. They were friendly and made an amazing first impression as we arrived to your hotel. The room and beds are amazing and we couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks you for your hospitality and we LOL forward to staying with you in the future.
No parking, must pay for parking offsite or pay a stupid price for valet parking. No room to park car and unload your stuff in front of hotel. The hotel consist of both a Hampton Inn and Homewood Suited combined, makes no sense. Wifi was absolute garbage and digital key did not work as it should. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean.
Hudson was great fast and efficient!!!!! Worth it !! This stay was great !!! The customer service here has been great and this location is by everything you need. But for some reason I only got my two waters but no snack with my member benefits
Everything was great! Our room was ready when we got there (we were early that check in time) The room was very spacious, it was on a corner and was very quiet. The water pressure is not very good, but that is the only negative thing to say about this place. The breakfast was great! The 4 hot food items changed daily and the everyday items were yogurt, hard boiled eggs, waffles, all breads with a toaster and all toppings you can think of. The waffles also had many toppings to choose from! It was like a make your own sundae but with waffles. Valet was accomadating to leave luggage there after check out due to a later flight, , There was always complimentary coffee and water, fireplace was lit and beautiful and seating throughout lobby. There is a bar that I didn't get a chance to visit, but that is definitely convenient to not have to go out anywhere if one wants a night cap or two. I would definitely stay again.…
We arrived in Denver at 8 am. We showed up to see if we could do an early check in, they said come back at 1 pm and the latest would be 3 pm. They didn’t have our room ready till 5 pm and we’re not considerate at all. And then we get to our room and the door wouldn’t lock. If you just pushed on it, it would open. So that’s scary! And to top it all off this morning we went to the car to drop some luggage off because we had a lot. It was snowing outside and feels negative. You have to badge in to get inside and our card was turning red and wouldn’t let us in. We stood there freezing for 5 mins. We kept pressing the door bell and knocking and I guess the lady at the desk was too busy on her phone to look up that customers had to let us in after hearing us knock. Then we had to get all new hotel cards because they locked ours. Complete crap. I am so disappointed!…
Could not have found a better location to stay in Denver. Flew in from out of town for a company's New Year's celebration, was looking for an easy to get to and from place. Restaurants, shops, Target within a couple of minutes' walking distance for any last minute necessities. Would stay again.
I stayed at the Hampton inn for an academic conference and while the location great for the convention center the stay was not. Starting with cleaning, we asked on 3 separate occasions for our room to be cleaned and with the 7 day stay the room was not cleaned once. There is no excuse for that. The most concerning part of my stay was the flirtatious nature of an employee. After having breakfast alone one morning I was approached by one employee and given a compliment which would be unprofessional but fine if it stopped there. Throughout the rest of the stay they would give flirtatious looks, smiles, and stares, and would linger around me when I was at breakfast. It was deeply uncomfortable at best and made me feel unsafe. I do not what information they could access about me, or roommates all of which are at least 20 years younger than this person. I would hope that the Hampton inn would emphasize how to maintain a proper relationship between guest and employee.…
Stayed for a couple nights during the week in December 2022. Had never stayed in Denver (outside of the airport area), and decided to book based on reviews, location and pricing. GREAT DECISION. 10/10 would stay here again - and most likely will in the spring/summer. We were then pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded. I booked a King room, and we ended up in a King Studio. Another great surprise. Room was larger than expected and had multiple large windows overlooking the Pavilions/16th St Mall area. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was chilly when we were there, and the room's heater kept up with the demand. Water pressure in the bathroom was good as well. Morning breakfast was also quite nice, and one of the better that we had been to recently. Convenient location. I was able to walk just about anywhere in the downtown area in 10-15mins. When it was cooler, we used the Free Mallride to get around and stay warm. At check-in there were cookies for free (not typically seen at Hampton Inn locations). The front desk person also told me that since I was a diamond member that I could partake in a manager's reception with snacks and drinks available in the dining area. Again, something I've never come across at a Hampton Inn location. Manager's reception included a list of complimentary beer/wine and charcuterie style board of snacks. Both the cookies at check-in and complimentary manager's reception were lovely surprises. Again, 10/10. Hope to come back when it's warmer to enjoy more of the area without having to put on a ton of layers.…
Great valet service at Homewood Suites on 15th Ave. Thanks Sha J. Hotel was great and convenient location. Awesome breakfasts! We were only a couple blocks from the holiday lights downtown. Great hotel or parking location if u are visiting for a game or holiday lights!
