We booked this accommodation at the very last minute, due to Sentral Union Station cancelling our reservation due to “overbooking “. We had a party of four and we’re only able to get a queen and pull out double bed at a premium price! Not sure if the price was because of the Springsteen concert or if that’s the regular price. After returning home we discovered they had charged my daughter’s credit card for the valet service when I had paid cash. After my phone call today will see if they make this right. The only positive is their breakfast buffet. I’m sure with more time a better accommodation is can be found.
The best part of our stay was the manager Kevin Smith. After our flight was unexpectedly cancelled he was very understanding towards crediting our stay for the night we missed. His customer service was outstanding. He went above & beyond. Our room was on the 11th floor & the view was great for the 4th of July firework display & Mountain View. Room was clean & premium snacks were nice amenity. The mall & restaurants right across the street. Great location to get to many of the sites by walking. Very nice weekend. Would definitely stay here again returning to Denver. FYI: COVID still causes limits on breakfast & evening reception. They provided a small ToGo box for breakfast with fruit, granola bar, muffin & juice. Target/Walgreens is a 5 minute walk away . Option to buy breakfast food to cook in room. Pots, pans & utensils available in the room.…
Location was great. Convenient to many attractions. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was much better than I expected. Valet parking crew was more than helpful. Overall great experience.
I reserved the premium suite which is larger in size and should come with premium amenities. I did not have snacks in my room, no premium wifi. Looks like the only thing premium about it was the price. I informed the front desk and they offered me a few snacks from the concession pantry and some drink coupons for the bar…. but the bar was closed. The room was in good condition but still have items in the fridge from the previous guest. Hopefully when i get the bill I am not billed for a premium room because thus is basic asf
DIRTY HOTEL! I ended up checking out after trying two different rooms! They were so dirty! I've only done that one other time in my life! I am a Hilton Gold Member and use their chains a lot, never have I seen on this dirty ever. I was really disappointed. I understand they are extended stay hotels, that might have more wear and tear, but these were dirty. Like food that wasn't cleaned up well enough.
The room was clean and nice but our keys would not work for the pool room, or the bathroom near by and there was no towels so we called and went to the desk 3 times and it still took over an hour to get towels. The complimentary breakfast was cold. This is not a place I would stay again.
We stayed four nights. All staff was friendly. They have a really good breakfast with good variety and attentive staff to make sure you have what you need. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. If I have anything negative to say it would be that I’m not a fan of the dark room decor but it certainly didn’t hurt our experience in any way. I would stay there again.
Perfectly placed location, worst customer service you could ever experience if you’re not concerned about your money or your time or respects and stay here otherwise avoid all Hilton locations. Their customer service will not help you with any concerns you may have at these locations.
Stayed five nights while in town on business — Rooms are spacious with user-friendly kitchenette and thick walls, so you almost never here your neighbors. High floor with mountain view is worthwhile. Nice breakfast spread with rotating options each morning. Close to transit, 16th Street Mall, and city office buildings. Only criticisms: some cosmetic details in need of repair, like chipped paint and torn wallpaper. Also, window shades are operated by a switch on the wall, but there are two sets and three buttons each — and it’s not clear how they’re programmed. So it takes a lot of guessing and up/down moving to get them all to open or close at the same time.
I love this place; great value for money, has good facilities, great room, and complimentary breakfast. The location is great. I had the mountain view suit and I love it! I will always go there whenever I am in Denver.
