I wanted to leave an excellent review for this location and especially for Blake Stoehr, Patrick G and Donna in housekeeping. All three were exceptionally professional, a tentative and helpful in every way and are absolutely an asset to your establishment. I also want to give an exceptional compliment on the cleanliness of the hotel at all times. Definitely a 5 star rating all the way, thank you to all of the staff that were so courteous as we were there for a medical procedure at St. Joseph's. The accommodations were excellent and I thank you all from my whole heart. Sincerely, Crystal Andasola
We love the hotel 🏨.. beautiful place and very clean.. Very friendly staff and very professional.. the room was awesome..we enjoyed the spa and pool also.. we'll be back. Thanks Kevin for everything.. he's the front desk manager.. the city is so beautiful and we love the culture there ..
Although staff were notified 3 times during the day that we will be checking in after midnight, due to poor Amtrak Zephyr train services, they did not seem very impressed when we arrived at 1 am on 15 Feb 2023. Unreliable wifi dropping out multiple times. The room was freezing overnight and the heating unit extremely loud. The windows did mot close properly whilst the temperature dipped to-19C one night. Asked for additional doonas(duvets) however only thin blankets provided. The staff were very nice and the room was clean and serviced very well daily. Breakfast was terrible with only scrambled eggs and cereal available every day. No GF options.
Excellent stay at the hotel. Blake at the front desk was very helpful. Hotel and rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Location was good. We chose street parking (instead of valet) since street parking is free from 6pm to 9 am. We dined at Brooklyns Finest Pizza (a short drive from the hotel) with great pizza.
I brought three friends and told them to pack their trunks for the hot tub that was mentioned but not present (false advertising). The location was good and the breakfast was outstanding. Staff were underwhelming but not bad. I was not acknowledged as a Hilton Honors member. The bathroom has some issues that need to be repaired.
Friendly staff, lots of homeless w/ pitched tents right outside. $35/day for garaged valet parking or you can park across the street for $15. There was concern if money was stolen from our room vs lost money during our travels, hotel management was very friendly and checked the locks to assure no housekeeping entered the room unauthorized. For inconvenience they comped our parking. Very nice and understanding about the whole situation. Clean room and hotel. And your classic complimentary Hampton inn breakfast
The beds were good. And the bartender was really cool. The rooms were clean. It's nice to be right downtown close to the 16th street pavilion. Plenty to do, eat, and see. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to denver
The rooms are very attractive and kept so clean and nice by the housekeepers. The hotel staff is so helpful and friendly. I do recommend this hotel! Great stay! I love ok forward to staying here again
The Hampton was clean and the rooms spacious. However the first day there the front desk lady was very unfriendly. Thankfully the rest of the employees were friendly. After adding in all the taxes, valet parking, the bill ends up rather pricey. The toilet in our room needed some repair- the chain in the tank corroded and broke. We were told there was no maintenance that evening so couldn’t fix it but it we could move to another room. Unfortunately there were no rooms available on the same room as other family members were. So basically they dropped it. We’re we’re able to “McGyver” the chain together with a twist tie to stop the toilet from constantly running ( this saving water for the hotel!). Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
Nothing around this hotel. Have to drive to eat, shop, entertainment, etc. No parking connected to hotel, except valet parking for $30 a day. Otherwise pay lots, and street meters. Nuisance to have to use room key to operate the elevator to get up to the room. Strange layout of rooms, not easy to navigate at all. Takes at least 10 minutes of running the bathroom water before it gets warm/hot. Hated having to waste so much precious water!! Vanity light is way too dim above the mirror. Hard to see to do hair and make up. The only ‘lobby’ is actually the breakfast area. Not the same thing. Strangest hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
