This hotel is clean and well run. All the staff were very friendly. Any problem was corrected quickly. Breakfast is provided and M, Tu, Wed they also had a complementary "happy" hour. Our room was large and comfortable. The kitchen had adequate dishes/pans/etc. with a full sized refrigerator. There is only one stove top burner but that was enough for us. There is no oven, but there is a microwave and a dishwasher. W

My husband and I are staying at the Staybridge because our house is being remodeled and we couldn't have been referred to a better place to stay while we are in limbo. First I want to compliment the rooms, VERY clean (BIG BIG deal for me) and let me talk about the #1 plus plus, the staff. I want to acknowledge each one of them by name. It takes a team and we all know it will never work if your team isn't amazing. I hope if you are traveling and you need a place to stay for a few days, weeks or even just a day you will consider the Staybridge and tell them Patricia said Hi ( LOL) and I'm still here till next month or whenever my home is complete . I stayed at this Hotel for almost 3 months and had the opportunity to meet other tenants and staff. The staff are absolutely amazing. The GM, Clark and assistant GM, Elizabeth were some of the warmest and helpful staff that I have come across in such a long time. Other staff members that made my stay even more pleasant were front desk staff, Mia, Angelique, and Kim along with hotel housekeeper, Ester. These main people made my days seem so warming and they all seemed to know when I needed words of comfort or a simple smile with a hello. I recommend this hotel to anyone and be sure to tell the staff that Sandra sent you! I look forward to coming back for another stay

We were going through an extremely hectic time when we stayed at this Staybridge Suites. I had put in our room preferences/requests that we really need a ground floor room. However, when I called to make sure the room was ready for check-in, I found out our room was several floors up due to the room type I had chosen during the online booking. That is when Desiree came to the rescue! Not only was she able to get us a comparable room on the ground floor but it was also located in the perfect spot in the hotel for all of our other needs during the stay. Desiree even got all of this sorted over the phone before we arrived, so there were no delays once we got there. Life throws you curve balls but having someone fantastic like Desiree show you what customer service is really supposed to be like can make a huge difference.…

Good space in 2 bedroom suite. Beds are comfortable and the staff do the best they can with limited resources. The issues were the following: Sofa needs replaced Furniture outdated and in some cases falling apart Exercise equipment needs maintenance We had 3 large hold charges on our credit card that weren't ours but did get corrected when we brought it to their attention however with no explanation Breakfast food not good and being served by one person which causes lines No cushions on outdoor furniture even though pool and other seating areas inside are open We would stay there again if they updated the rooms and started taking better care of the property and equipment. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel so we had the previous one 6 years ago to compare it to and they have definitely neglected upkeep.…

Had a Uhaul trailer stolen while staying at this Staybridge. Vehicles driving through the north parking lot during the day. Pan handlers and homeless in this neighborhood when we haven’t seen them years before. We will not be staying at this location again.

We love staying at Staybridge Suites Denver Stapleton because it's located right in the Northfield Quebec area. It is an amazing shopping area with great restaurants, bars, and stores for everything! There is a large movie theater and things to do for the whole family. We love to spend the night on a weekend and enjoy the pool and the great breakfasts the hotel provides.

Recently stayed here for a little over a week on business. The room was wonderful and took away from feeling like I was in a hotel. Décor was nice, bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean. The staff were all very friendly from check in to breakfast, walking through the lobby, etc. Breakfast was at the better end of your standard hotel breakfasts. After a week straight of it things were getting a bit old, but there are options nearby if you choose to look for something else. I did have to call after my trip to get the finalized receipt since they could not provide at check-out due to me leaving after check-out time. Good thing I did as the lady at check-in did not get my member number added as she told me she would. Overall the few things that came up during the trip were either not worth mentioning or easily and quickly rectified when brought to their attention.…
