My husband and I booked this hotel for a weekend trip to see the NBA playoffs with the Nuggets vs. Suns. We stayed at this property for three nights. It is a perfect location for visiting Denver. Here’s why: 1. Location- we are literally less than a mile from Ball Arena, we can see it out our window (room 505). We were able to walk to the game. Also within walking distance is Empire Field at Mile High Stadium and Union Station. Everything is really close and if you don’t want to walk, hop on one of the scooters or bikes that are located all over the place. We rode to so many places in less than 10 minutes. There are so many restaurants in the area. 2. Complimentary parking. That’s right, it’s FREE. Just across the freeway those hotels are changing 20-35 dollars a night for parking. 3. Cleanliness- The workers in this hotel take pride in their work. The breakfast area is well attended to by a nice gentleman. He and the housekeepers are all very nice and work hard. 4. Front desk staff- We arrived around midnight on our first night and Vincenzo was there to greet us with a smile. He quickly got us to a room and made sure we had everything we needed. On the second night he also gave us tips on riding the scooters since we had never used them before. I’ve had interactions with two other ladies during the day and they have always been pleasant. This will be my home the next time I’m in Denver. 5. Amenities- beverages in the lobby, free breakfast. We had the hot tub and jacuzzi all to ourselves. Both were clean. The pool was not heated and a bit cold for me.…

The hotel was in a great location. It was clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. The breakfast each morning was good. We enjoyed our stay here. There is not a nightly cost for parking which is an added bonus.

Kudos to management to allow the pool to be open at 6 am. I love to swim but many hotels don't open the pool until 9 am or later. At 6 am I can get a swim in before going off and doing things. The pool was decorated nicer than normal and had interesting non-slip tile which was soft on the feet. They have some surface parking which is why we chose that hotel. I could still walk the 1.4 miles into the convention center for my meeting. The neighborhood was mostly apartments and nice with some restaurants within walking distance. You are also close to the bike paths along the river so you can get plenty of exercise. Place was clean and staff were nice as well.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean room. Good Hampton Inn experience. On a corner with a few hotels. We chose king suite 5th floor and it still had some noise from pipes, etc. Might try 4th floor next time if we return. No elevator noise at all. Great location near Highlands. Get a room that doesn’t face busy streets. Lobby is very scented for those who look for unscented. But the hallways and room were not scented.

I am a single traveler and I recently stayed in the Hampton Inn & Suites on Speer Boulevard. I was completely impressed from the moment I checked in. "Susan" checked me in with a smile and pleasant conversation. In fact, for all the days I stayed at this hotel, I observed her speaking to every guest and also young children. She was so helpful, cheerful and accommodating. Hilton should hire her to train - she is excellent. I enjoyed the pool and whirlpool area, which was quite pristine with plenty of towels (Towels are a thing with me). The breakfast was good, but the gentleman doing the breakfast was most helpful. I loved the lemonade and other beverages offered 24/7. My room was immaculate (with plenty of towels :), the bed was quite comfortable and very safe. I did not have a vehicle on this trip and will say that parking seems to be tight for this property. (My son, who lives in Denver said that Denver is now the "Number 1 car jacking place in the U.S. so beware). I have stayed at other hotels in Denver, but this one (a new one) is very clean. I should mention there are also free laundry facilities for guests as well as a business center. I was NOT disappointed in any aspect of this hotel - but Susan made it a stellar experience.…

My #1 priority is always cleanliness and this hotel was clean. Our room was spacious and clean. The parking lot by the hotel isn't very big but there is an overflow lot nearby. The breakfast was your average post Covid breakfast. The people working breakfast kept the food fresh and hot and the breakfast area clean. The location wasn't walkable to much that I could see but very easy to drive to other places for food. It's in a crowded area but we didn't notice any problems with noise. It's an ok hotel if you are in the area.

Up until March 2020, I literally traveled for a living. 27 years of that. Lots of accommodations. This property passed all my lodging criteria. I found the stay to be "just right." I went to school within 2 miles of this property and am extremely familiar with the area. Absolutely no noise issues, security problems or cleanliness shortcomings. Property is well maintained. If you're in town and need this area for your base of operations, you can't go wrong with this location.

Our truck was stolen out of the parking lot front desk staff told us to park in. Sounds like this is a regular issue, I would not return until there is a security guard 24/7 watching your lot. (video footage is NOT adequate as it’s not helping police nor is it stopping theft).

We chose to stay here because it was really close to downtown, but without the downtown hassles. Parking was free. YAY! Front desk staff was friendly every time we swung by. The area is also really great - walkable to bars, restaurants, brewery, etc.

Great service! Our flight got canceled last minute and the hotel manager was so helpful, allowing us to add a night at the same rate after we had already checked out. Nice rooms, great location. Near so many awesome restaurants in walking distance. Also walking distance to downtown with a nice pedestrian bridge.
