Be prepared for some unusual room configurations as this historic building was retrofitted to become a hotel. It's a quirky place - with the lobby being an actual train station waiting area, lots of bars and restaurants, and hotel guests hanging out in the space. Security guards are visible, as there is a homelessness problem in Denver. The hotel staff were excellent. We got upgraded to a lovely room. We travel with an extension cord which helps add more outlets and access - and I'd recommend that for anyone visiting an older building. We needed the extra outlets. Snooze (in the building but not owned by the hotel) was great for breakfast. The hotel booked a reservation for us at 7 AM each day. They only have one reservation available per half hour - so book early. Snooze gets super crowded so do go early or you'll have a long wait to get in. We had lunch at the Thirsty Lion - adjacent to the hotel - and it was really good. The train to/from the Airport makes it super easy to come and go. The Free 16th Street bus is currently detouring around the infrastructure work. The hotel desk can help you know where to go to catch it. Booked a Superior Classic room with a wedding party block, got a Pullman room on arrival. Hotel did not discount the room and said it was the same price. These are NOT the same rooms. Pullman room barely has any windows and feels like a luxe jail cell. Manager offered to move us the second day but it would have required more work for us. Good thing we were only there for the wedding! Will be telling everyone I know not to book a room here.

Such a great and unique hotel. Perfect location. We were able to take the train from the airport and get dropped off at the hotel which is also the train station. Super easy! The hotel rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. Plenty of great places to eat all within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had an awesome stay. Beautiful rooms, excellent food, wildly fresh seafood, super clean, friendly and helpful staff, very seamless trip directly from the airport via the train directly from to the doors of the hotel, within walking distance to every thing in Denver proper. Would never stay anywhere else in Denver. Can't wait to come back.

Love the location and have always had good experience. But this time was disappointing. Room wasn't cleaned one day (Had to request towels and quick service at night). 3rd floor room overlooked great hall but was very noisy from street noise all night long. Bedding way too hot for room. Coffee maker didn't work correctly. Staff still haven't emailed check out bill 3 days later. Not wild about paying $27 daily amenity fee when availabilty is so time driven. Still, we have had better experiences here and will likely return.

Convenient place to stay. Room was more than adequate but dimly lit. Easy walking distance to ball parks, restaurants and shops. Plenty of things to do. Service was friendly and very accommodating. We had a very pleasant stay.

We have been together traveling all over for over thirty years. The Crawford at Union Station was the best vacation we have ever had. Most tours meet and end at Union Station, so it is very convenient. Getting coffee and sitting in the station watching people or just talking is lots of fun. Also, Denver is just a great place to visit. What a beautiful city.

Staycation overnight to celebrate our anniversary. Our check in was seemless and the staff was super friendly. The room, upgraded, was spectacular. It was clean, classy, and expansive. We couldn't have asked for a nicer room to celebrate the occasion. We had an appetizer and drinks at the Cooper lounge and breakfast at Snooze. Loved this hotel!
