A good overnight stop - efficient desk and luggage delivery. Room clean with coffee maker but very poor toiletries - only mouthwash, shampoo and conditioner, no shower cap. The bath didn't empty and the basin tap kept running. Indoor pool
Stayed here due to proximity to my husband's cardiologist. Stay was great from the moment we met Mandy at the front desk, she went above and beyond to help us get around Denver. Hotel is a quick Lyft ride to State Capitol and Pepsi Center....More

I was recently in Denver, & chose this hotel. I was very impressed with all the friendly employees. Front desk, restaurant, bar & maid service all greeted me with a friendly 'hello'. I had a problem with my heat, ( could not get my room...More
We stayed here twice. The first time, in Dec. 2017, we had several annoying problems, with the main one being three attempts at getting room service. That would be laughable, except for the fact that I'm diabetic and needed to eat. The second time, in...More

We took the train/light rail to stop, where the hotel shuttle picked us up. Just be very clear about which stop/intersection they are going to pick you up at. We had some miscommunication, got off the train too early, and had to wait for the next one, to reboard, after a phone conversation informed us we were too far from the hotel yet, for the driver to pick us up. The train costs a flat 9 dollars each. See website and railmap on the website rtd-denver lightrail website. (I tried to embed URL, but Trip advisor won't allow it.)
You will change trains at Union Station to H,E or F lines and get off at Colorado Ave. All 3 lines stop there, they just run at different times. There is some walking to do at Union station to find the desired platform, so be sure you can lug your luggage OK. There is space on the train for luggage.
