Horrible, they act like it’s a 4 star hotel. I’m with a group and I was told by one manager I could move my room Wednesday before another group comes in, in a not very nice way. My room is TINY, can’t even fit in my bathroom and the shower doesn’t drain they are short and curt at the desk , no sense of Hospitality. And was told I couldn’t move till Friday when people would be moving out . Would not give me a choice of what rooms might be available that my other company members are In I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels 4 star hotels all the Hotels I’ve been in and they all do their best to accommodate you with kindness and respect! IDONT STAY HERE!!!

Wow! Incredible stay. Holiday inn hotels are the best. Great place to stay and rest or to do company business meetings. Internet is great and beds are amazing. We love the rooms and always enjoy ourselves while we stay. Great place especially because it's Comfortable and it's very clean. Customer service is the best. 👍

This front desk receptionist save my super stressful trip, after a bad flight, cold Denver weather I received a room with a non working toilet. Maintenence man came quickly Kenadee had to switch us rooms ext room no microwave or fridge and I had alot of food Kenadee gave me a 3rd room and an upgrade. This room is everything and quickly calmed my anxiety from the long day of travel! Thank you lady!!

Will NEVER stay here again! First they do not tell you that it is mandatory $46 a night for valet parkink. Everything is loud! From the heavy doors slamming to the toilet and nothing to muffle any outside noise. All ice machines were broke and after going to several floors we asked and the front said they had to bring it to us. Then we had to ask again as no one ever showed. The room we were in was at 78 degrees when we went in and we never could get it cooled down even after turning off the thermostat. And who has the towel rack storage INSIDE the shower? If it were a large modern fancy one maybe...but not this one. This place needs some updating. Only positive was breakfast and location.

MISS,Shawna, was the most incredible, helpful, thoughtful person I have met in years. She was very knowledgeable and understanding and respectful and down to Earth If you would only know the ways she connects with us and customers. Would truly help you understand her as a person. Traveled to Denver on business. Arrived late, and had a quick effortless check in. Kado ithe best! Having worked in the hotel industry years ago, I still pay careful attention to amenities and service. This is not the best hotel stay I've had, but the rooms were clean, the food was hot, and the coffee was plentiful. Most important, the front desk were super helpful. Great value to be had here.

Lovely, clean room with a great view. Checkin/checkout was effortless, Jasmine at the front desk was so helpful! I requested early checkin and it made all the difference in our stay. Despite the high-volume of NYE weekend, staff were very kind and professional.

The room was very standard, but practical and clean. However, the room was extremely cold and there appears to have been a problem with heating. The breakfast area was so cold that I had to wear a hat and jacket. I was told that they would reimburse the costs due to cold rooms, but did not get anything until I reminded them after the trip twice.

The Holiday Inn needed small upgrades and one morning the burner stopped working. However, the hotel staff were one of the best customer oriented staff we have ever experienced.Robert, the front desk supervisor, was every time we passed by looking to make our stay most pleasant. When we felt a little cold in our room, they immediately provided us with a small space heater that kept us most comfortable. Ray in engineering also several times fixed some small things in our room, coming immediately. The complimentary breakfast was stellar, amiably provided by Alton. The room was also reasonably priced in easy walking distance of all the other hotels downtown. When we all had to leave while the burner was fixed, just before the end of our stay, the hotel generously helped us with a bonus and helped pay for a taxi for us to stay at another hotel. I was attending a conference for the weekend and wasn't in the greatest physical health. I recently pulled my back the week before. As part of my physical therapy, I do a nightly soak to relieve my back pain. When I checked in, I realized my room had no bathtub. I went down to the reservation desk to ask if I could get a room with a bathtub. Not only did the young lady help me find a room, but she was also kind and very thoughtful in helping me with my accommodation and upgrading my room. I cannot tell you what a relief it gave me and made my entire trip! I want to thank Kennedy for really listening to me and helping me when all I wanted to do was relax and get better through a very long weekend. Kennedy is the example of exceptional customer service that all hotels should uphold. I was very grateful for her going 'above and beyond' to help an injured lady get through an active conference.
