My family enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hyatt Denver. Staff were very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was delicious! They went out of their way to make pancakes for my son when we realized there were waffles rather than pancakes. So thoughtful!
Stayed here for 4 nights on a trip with my son to celebrate his graduation. It is only a block off of the famous 16th Street Mall and walking distance to a plethora of restaurants, shops, bars, and all sorts of fun things to do. The free shuttle bus runs up and down 16th Street right to Union Station. We took the shuttle to the train station, hopped on the train and took it right to the Broncos stadium for a short walk to the game. The hotel itself is classy, clean, well staffed, and every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly and polite. Room was clean, well-appointed, and we had nice view of the downtown area. They have a small market, a nice restaurant/bar on site too. I have already booked a return trip this month for a visit with my wife.
Spring Break family vacation. Staff was amazing! The hotel was always so clean. Within walking distance of great restaurants. Valet staff was quick and attentive. Front desk personnel were extremely friendly and gave us great information and suggestions on what to do while we visited Denver.
Overall good food, amenities and location. Had fun at the rooftop track and tennis court. Kind and attentive staff…especially breakfast crew providing coffee and counter service. Hair on and folded in several towels (ew!) on arrival and makeup stains on a pillow case left overall cleanliness in question which diminished the overall comfort of the stay.
Enjoyed the great customer service. The house cleaning service did a late in the afternoon room cleaning at my request even though it was late in the day. No problem. They provided service with a smile.
Very upset we were no told there is a daily fee for parking. Will never stay here again, what was supposed to be a nice family vacation ended up being more expensive than we could afford. We usually try not to spend so much on a room thought it would be nice to stay somewhere nicer. Also I think $24 for breakfast ridiculous.
99% of the time I can count on the Hyatt to deliver, and this was no exception. I stayed here a few years or so ago and it was even better than I remembered. Had a great city view and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Ordered room service and the food was exceptional too.
I’ve stayed at several hotels in the area - the Grand Hyatt definitely has better rooms, especially the corner king rooms. The breakfast buffet is very good and has gluten-free options. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Excellent property. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The room was beautiful and very comfortable from the working space to the bed. I was there to attend a conference and I never had an issue. In fact they anticipant your needs and do their best to provide.
We were in Denver for Restaurant Week and had a nice time at the Grand Hyatt. Garrett warmly checked us in and helped us with a room close to the elevator on the 19th floor. He answered all our questions about walking/Uber distances from the hotel to some of the restaurants we picked. He also gave us a nice voucher after he found out that my husband and I are celebrating our birthdays. We appreciate that. Thank you Garrett. The Grand Hyatt Denver is beautiful. Toiletries are Balmain, the towels are extra fluffy and i especially loved the super strong shower pressure. We slept so well during our stay - so cozy! The restaurant and market Courier on the 1st floor is a one stop shop resto/cafe/bar/ convenience store. The hotel’s location is great: we took the airport train to the city, hopped on the free Mall shuttle and hopped out on Welton, a few steps to the hotel entrance. It was convenient to text the hotel for a request we had and they responded promptly. Also super convenient to check out using the app and leave the keys inside the room at check out. It was a very pleasant stay and I recommend the Grand Hyatt for a quick weekender in Denver!…
