We had over 200 people for my son's wedding at the Brown Palace. It was somewhat magical with the holiday decorations and so many friends and family, the majority of whom live out of town. The staff were warm and accommodating; Terry at the front desk one that stands out. He loves his job and it was apparent, he could...

First of all, I love the Brown Palace. I first went there with my grandfather in the 1950's. My father and the whole family loved our stays there as well as the highly-anticipated dinners at the Palace Arms. I would look forward to the wonderful Beef Wellington, the Caesar Salad prepared table side and there was always some flaming dessert....

Great place to stay, quiet clean rooms with nice amenities. Overnight parking is stupid expensive but other than that we love staying here as part of a romantic evening. Worth the money, get a high end room.

We arrived around 10:00 AM for the American Dental Association meeting and were greeted by a friendly employee at the front desk who promptly assisted us with an early check-in. There was a mix-up concerning bed type, but the problem was quickly and courteously corrected. The bellman who showed us to our room was very friendly and entertained us with...

Disappointing experience started with the valet whom I think must have been high given the non-nonsensical way he was going about his job and his really, really slow and goofy demeanor. He was condescending, too, but that probably has nothing to do with being high. That would have pretty much been a non-issue all-in-all except that the room type I...

We stayed in Top of the Brown Room. Decadent! Huge room with a giant spa bathtub, large shower and comfy king bed. It really felt more like a suite. We were on the 8th floor and despite there being music in the atrium, we could not hear a thing with the door shut. Brunch at Ellington's was fantastic! It was...

To begin, the staff at the Brown were great, but I think for the amount one pays to stay, they need to pay a little more attention to the details. When we went to our room there was a broken outlet cover. The cord from the lamp was still running through the cover. I told the concierge and the plate...

Being a local Coloradan, The Brown Palace had been on our bucket list for a long time. Therefore we decided on a weekend "staycation" to visit Denver and take in a show. The Brown Palace provided us with the needed respite and was everything they promised. Thanks to some accumulated Marriott Points we were able to have two of the...

The dining room was beautiful, the food was ok if you like seafood, salads were not so great. The desserts were wonderful, and service was not that great for the price. There were 4 of us and we also had to wait even though we had reservations.also got burned with hot g rease that popped out of a pan, hit...

I enjoyed their holiday tea with my granddaughter and several friends. the ambience was amazing. holiday decorations were gorgeous. the tea was well presented, with 3 selections of tea, scones, sandwiches, and chocolate goodies. yes it was pricy, and yes it was worth it!
