This hotel helped accommodate our large group of 72 teenagers (20 rooms) and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help make us comfortable after our long drive from Minnesota. The rooms were ready early, breakfast was included, rooms were clean and large, and all staff we worked with were kind and professional, especially Heather. The booking process was easy and the location and value can't be beat. Impressing 75 teenagers isn't easy and this hotel did just that. We will be back every year for our class trip and can't wait to stay again!

Hotel was amazing close to everything in Denver definitely will go back and Also Skyler in Valet Parking was great from 1 day until we left made sure to always take care of us and prompt getting the Vehicle treated the Raptor with care!!!!

Personal card which was only to be billed for incidentals was billed instead of corporate card. Person who checked me in did not note this, and the person I called to reprocess the claim were not helpful. I expect investigation in billing issues to coach employees for business travelers.

It seems as if there is a bit confusion about billing when staying on corporate rates. In order to process any credit card that will not be given in person, an authorization form needs to be completed in advance of your arrival. We are unable to charge any card virtually as that would be against credit card policies and as you can imagine can lead to fraudulent activity. Overall my stay at Hyatt House was enjoyable. I had a pretty terrible view of a rooftop from my room, but I could see the mountains in the distance. The room and bed were comfortable, and the thermostat ran without blasting. Breakfast was better than most free breakfasts but the same everyday, They had sliced melon and a variety of juices, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereals, etc. The oatmeal was popular and often out. Seating was plentiful. My only suggestion for improvement would be a tea and coffee station be made available all day. The valets were prompt and courteous and but the service was very $$. Had I known, I would not have rented a car.

We stayed at the Hyatt House for a week. Staff were lovely, the atmosphere of the lobby was nice, and the free breakfast buffet was fantastic. The only issue was the condition of the room. The sink was completely plugged when we arrived, water pooled in it. The heating system was extremely loud and made loud cracking noises, even when turned off. The blankets on the bed were all ripped up.. And the carpets were dirty. Housekeeping was also inconsistent in that sometimes we had our soap, Kleenex, makeup wipes etc replaced and sometimes we didn’t.

Good budget hotel. We expected it to be a bit more high-end, but got a great deal by taking advantage of their price-match guarantee (they match the best price you can find online and take another 20% off), so I can't complain too much. Breakfast was basic buffet-style, but there were a good number of hot and cold options. Valet parking is the only option, and at $50/night plus tips, it added an unfortunate amount to the cost of our two night stay.

If you are ever staying in Denver and not needing in/out access of parking, you can find a self-parking lot in the area that cost less but will have to pay every time you leave the garage. Amazing staff, location, breakfast and the rooms are very well designed and comfortable. Just the bathroom wasn’t 100% clean but the manager immediately took care of everything and made sure I was happy with the hotel and service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall experience was amazing. Late flight delayed us arriving for a Christmas vacation but our room/suite was ready and super comfortable. There has been a trend in recent years of hotels not doing daily room cleaning, but this hotel performed as you used to expect, refreshing our towels and cleaning our room every morning after we left. Thank you!! Top pros: Quiet hotel, really great staff, above average breakfast, exceptional check out time! No smells no broken equipment. Good job! Minor cons: carpets are stained in halls and rooms. Breakfast item turnover barely kept up with peak demand.

Great spot in downtown, 2 blocks off the 16th St. Mall. Excellent staff who are extremely pleasant and helpful. Extremely clean room with a great view. Wonderful experience for my family and me. They gained a customer for life….or at least the next few years.😃
