I booked this hotel because it is in walking distance from the Convention Center. The staff is very friendly, so that starts well. The room had a decent size, I had a double queen bedroom. There are in my opinion not enough lights in the room. The bed was OK, but you coud feel it 'was not in a new state'. No complaints about the WIFI: easy to connect to, and speed was good. The bathroom was clean, had a walk-in shower and good shampoo/soap articles. The towels were clean, but no longer very white (due to lots of washing cycles I assume). My room was not cleaned the first day. Breakfast clearly is the weak spot of the hotel (and costs one 'star' in my score): very limited choice and clearly understaffed. The eggs never looked/tasted good, limited choice of bread/toast, very limited amount of fruit,... On top of that, you have traffic jam at the elevator. I'm not sure I will book this hotel again when I'm around, there are plenty of others to try out…
We checked into this Hyatt after a long weekend of snowboarding in the Vail valley. We were happy to see the Sunday all day happy hour. The staff were beyond accommodating and very quick to address any concern. We’re we’re given a great room on the high floor as we expected. The valets were extremely helpful in loading and unloading. Will stay again.
Hotel staff was great, rooms were great! Close to everything downtown. Valet was quick whether it was coming or going. Breakfast lines were huge so may need to plan another avenue for breakfast but overall a great place to stay.
Awesome location with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast and coffee in the morning was well served. We also took advantage of the bar food at night - the wings were great. Mich and Ra were great bartenders, fun to talk to and very courteous.
This is my second time staying here. I am from the Springs and I feel like I have found the perfect spot for weekend stays in Denver! My friends and I were incredibly happy with our stay! There were many parking options around the hotel and we were able to walk to a steakhouse for dinner and were able to walk to the Bellco Theatre for the show we were seeing!
My room was not good. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also like camping and sleeping on a flat stone. My stay was multiple days and nights and the “hotel” provisioned one tiny bar of soap and 2 wash cloths. There was no safe place to park my vehicle and no parking garage. Even though the hotel had the audacity to charge $12 a day for parking. Why?? I know that breakfast was served in the morning but other than that I had to spend an enormous amount of money on Door Dash as there was no room service and I was working for multiple days in my hotel room for a business presentation and did not want to have to leave the hotel to get food. There was literally 2 small elevators for this large hotel and the wait was very long. Lastly, the front staff were not friendly or accommodating and that was a mystery as this hotel is at the most 2 stars with no amenities whatsoever. I have stayed in motels in remote foreign countries that were better than this ripoff. I would not recommend this hotel.…
Stayed here a night. Room was very clean and the included free breakfast was decent. Hotel is close to Capitol and easy walking distance to 16th Street Mall. Hotel area was quiet. I would stay here again.
Beautiful amenities in an unassuming but low key bougie hotel. The breakfast buffet was limited but hit all the key points, including eggs, bagels, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, juice and a daily special. Manny at the bar was super adorable, knowledgeable and welcoming. Pepsi in the gun instead of coke but at least they had red Bull. Parking can be a bit of a hassle so it’s not a bad idea to spring for valet. Highly recommend.
Clean rooms, great staff, centrally located! Wait staff for breakfast and hotel bar were helpful and made every effort to fulfill our requests. Bed was too firm for us. Slept poorly. Looking back, I should have thought to request a matress topper, or other type of cushion. Got distracted. We'll stay there again without hesitation.
The staff went above and beyond to help me find an expensive lost item. Even with my own frustrations they were professional and hopeful. That stay was really nice, comfortable and the breakfast was nice and filling.
