You get what you pay for. The hotel is very outdated but the bed is comfortable. The location is super close to downtown, a close walk to Rotary park too which is beautiful. The location is safe. The hotel just needs a lot of updating and some serious cleaning. If you plan on spending your time outside of the hotel...

My girlfriend and I are traveling cross country and needed an inexpensive place to stay the night in Durango. My biggest criteria for rating a motel is: its price, how safe it feels, and how clean it is. This place fits all three very well. Our room feels very secure and the location appears safe. The room when we walked...

Very nice rooms great TV and wifi.good parking around back. The staff make this place great from the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance. Everyone is so helpful and courteous. I was here on business with 8 rooms for 7 nights and would definitely stay here again.

From the motel you have a short walk to a beautiful walking path. While strolling around the path I had the good fortune of watching The Durango/Silverton train gracefully ride by on its way to it's final destination.

I cut my foot badly enough because of their negligence that I have to go to the Emergency Room. There was a broken ceramic tile in the hot tub room. They didn't have a first aid kit nor did they seem to care at all that I had to have skin cut from my foot because of the cut that...

woman at night desk acts like shes mad to have to do anything. one word answers, gleefully unhelpful... weve made the mistake of staying here twice but never again.. nothing but crusty looks from the family owner makes this place not worth stsying at because its not worth being near anyone so miserable.

Room was spotless except for carpet, not cleaners fault. It looks like water damage or something. Receptionist didn't know what side of the street we were on. Directed me across the street for the river. (It's behind the motel) Just cross the road & take the trolley ($1) downtown & visit the girls at the information centre. They were great....

Our room was very clean but the property does need quite a bit of TLC. The beds were good and seemed to be newer and firm, not saggy. The creek at the back is very nice but the back parking lot is very dim at night. The pool was small but very clean. We didn't go to the hot tub...

Days End in Durango Colorado is a Mom and Pops motel. What more can you expect for the low price you pay. Tiffany the manager is awesome. Very helpful and friendly. We were in the remodeled part and it was nice. Do need coffee somewhere!
