I understand this is a cheap place to stay, so I was not going in with high expectations. Unfortunately, this place was much worse than I could have imagined. As soon as I opened the door to my room I was overwhelmed by the smell. I can only describe it as a combination of ash tray and human feces, with a spritz of air freshener. The bathroom had an empty toilet paper roll with no replacements, and the only other thing in the room was an overflowing trash can, apparently full of trash from the previous renter. It was late and I had been traveling all day, so I tried to get some sleep on a disgusting bed with a plastic wrapped uncomfortable mattress. I paid for three nights but only stayed one. This was by far the worst overnight lodging experience I have had anywhere. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Few words describe this Motel…..a dump comes to mind first. We found human feces in the RV parking areas complete with toilet paper…..the RV restroom was discussing and smelled like a pit toilet. The rooms are extremely outdated and not that clean.

Our room reeked of room deodorizer probably to cover up smoke or pet smell. I got an immediate headache. Smoke detector had been yanked out. Security lock on door was hanging by one screw. Grime around the door handle. No place to hang our coats. Big stain on the carpet. We asked to be moved because there was a rage monster in the room next door. The room we moved to was much better, did not stink and there was a coat rack. Security lock also broken. We had to ask for toilet paper. My question is why not put us in the good room first? Why not make needed repairs and mitigate the odors before you rent out rooms? And never try to cover up bad smells with perfumes. It just makes it worse. There is just no excuse renting out a room in that condition. We paid $92.

We booked this in order to be close to a couple 14er's we were going to hike the next morning. The room was fine for what you would expect. There's not much to eat in town so we walked over next door to the dollar store and ended up just getting some frozen dinner items and have a microwave special dinner in our room . . so we kind of had fun !?! This is the first place I've stayed in a while that didn't have swipe room cards to get in . . they have the old regular metal key just like it was years ago at most places. Bathroom was clean and the shower had soap and shampoo dispensers, which was nice. I'd stay here again.

This review is for an RV site. We had originally booked five months but left after one. Generally, this place is trashy, smells like cigarettes, and is a total rip off financially. CONS: Water is inconsistent during the colder months, we sometimes went days without water in our tank. We were nearly boondocking yet paying $675 a month. WIFI was worse than my cell data signal. The cost of the spot was unjustified by the end of it all, especially considering you can get an entire room with cleaning services for 55/week. There are also some abandoned RVs and vehicles which is an eyesore I can ignore until I think about how they are taking up spots and I’m still being charged $675 for nothing. PROS (WHICH ACTUALLY TURN INTO MORE CONS): We had electricity. This is literally the bare minimum that could be provided to us at $675. The management was kind enough to receive packages for us, though several days late. The showers are warm, but they are public showers nonetheless and do not appear to be anything better. The floors are muddy, the rooms smell like fresh cigarette smoke, and there are pubes along the wall. I was prepared to tolerate and even enjoy the restrooms considering these are regular appearances for a public bathroom, until the management called my partner with a complaint and made an incorrect, unprofessional, and unethical assumption about my leaving of hair in the women’s restroom. This place is trash. You DON’T get what you pay for. I am now at a luxury resort for nearly the same cost.
