We booked this for a one-night stay in conjunction with a family outing, based location and others' reviews. Despite being very close to I-70, the property is very quiet and well-maintained. The front desk person was friendly and informative during both check-in and check-out, in addition to providing assistance with an after-hours minor medical incident. The continental breakfast was adequate:...

We stayed here for one night in late March. The room was clean, the heating worked fine, and the front desk person was extremely nice. The bed was softer than I like but that's personal preference. Breakfast was pastries that came in individual wrappers and perhaps some fruit and cereal. We didn't use it but there is a hot tub...

Good location, quiet, rooms, don't count on the breakfast...bring your own. Hot tub and sauna are indoors, but nice. Overall average....but if you came to ski it fits the bill. Owners are courteous and keep their place in good condition.

Ipad left in room and manager refused to check room when I called to help locate it. She told me it wasn't there, and I just needed to look through my belongings again. She was very rude, and lacked what i would consider BASIC customer service. Luckily, we had a tracking app, located it in the room, called again and...

If your looking for a budget friendly....CLEAN... and nice people all around...this is it! We are staying here currently for a week out of Pennsylvania. They allowed us to check in a little early after our 8 hour travel. They are friendly and sincere. The rooms are perfect for those looking to spend most of the time outdoors. Beds comfortable......

Sure, it's only 2 stars...but for a short stay in ski country, it was perfect. Outstanding value plus great hot tub/sauna room and free breakfast (basic but I've had worse). Beds were comfortable and hair dryer was appreciated by my wife. Save your money for skiing and eating!!

Quite pleased and surprised with this little place. It has a nice indoor hot tub large rooms and very nice family owners and centrally located between a few ski resorts ie Copper mt ,Breckenridge and Keystone. Worth the money and was able to spend savings on more important things.

We needed a place to stay due to flight screw up. They were real accommodating . I highly recommend it , especially if you have kids. There is a nice size family room that was clean and up to date. Light breakfast will get you out the door

Sure, the conti breakfast is terrible. But it's free, so don't complain. The rooms are large, the owners/staff are totally friendly, and the cost per night cannot be beat. I would recommend to anyone who wants to ski/ride multiple resorts, as it's very centrally located. If you're expecting Marriott level amenities, go to a Marriott and pay 2x the cost....
