The outside is beautiful, but don't be fooled because the inside of this hotel is skanky. The carpets, the walls, the smell. Even a simple thing like the Do Not Disturb sign is affected, ours was coated in some sort of filmy grime such that I had to wash my hands every time we used it. I would not return...

Dear Einmichigan, Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We work diligently to ensure our facilities are well maintained and we try our hardest to provide not just good value, but comfortable, clean and friendly accommodations. It seems that we were not able to execute an exemplary hotel stay with regard to the overall maintenance and cleanliness...

We spent two nights last week so we wouldn't have to make the drive from Denver. It was my first stay at this hotel, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Of the Summit County hotels (large chain and small independent) this was easily the nicest I've stayed at. This is not a luxury hotel, but we found our room very...

I'm a platinum priority club member and this hotel needs updates along with better q&a from management in rooms. I know about lack of labors needs at mountain, but finding dirty phones with hand written in room numbers , ripped chair, broken light switch cover in bathroom , broken hair dryer switch with dirty holder is not my normal stay...

We booked this hotel last minute for a ski weekend stay with family. We were not disappointed! This hotel has been nicely updated and our room on the 5th floor was fantastic! It had a great view overlooking the lake and mountains and each morning we sat with coffee and enjoyed it. Kyle, who cheerfully checked us in, was helpful...

If you enjoy ice cold showers in the mountains in the middle of the winter than this is the place for you. If not you might want to look elsewhere. My standards for ski hotels are pretty low: moderate cleanliness, good hot tub, and warm showers. Doesn't take much more than that. Our room stunk, and the carpets in the...

Stayed for 8 days in March '15. Frisco is the perfect jump point for all of Summit County resorts, and the Holiday Inn is right off I-70. Very resonably priced and in great shape for it's age. Staff & management were great people.

Stayed at this property for 9 days during a busy ski season. It is close to six ski areas. Kevin and Kyle at the desk were a continued source of good information as well as outstanding customer service. Nicole also did good work in blending two reservations into a continuous stay in one room. Our room (suite) was exactly as...
