Friendly check-in staff, clean and quiet room with views of the peaks. Room was small but had all amenities—would definitely stay here again. Comfortable mattress and good blackout curtains. Great Continental breakfast.

Absolutely the most rude interaction I’ve ever had with a front desk clerk in any type of business. Where’s Gordon Ramsey when you need him??? If I wasn’t checking in with my family, 4 kids, 1 with special needs, I’d have asked the guy to step outside. If you can’t be at least cordial then just keep your f@cking mouth SHUT!!! The rooms were hot also. If you’re looking for at least a subpar experience, steer clear. If you’re looking for a decent place, any other place will be better. If you’re looking for a fight, go talk to the guy at the front desk.

Absolute worst front desk ever. He told me to shut up and was so unbelievably rude can’t believe someone like that is allowed to work as a customer service professional. I very unpressed with that. Never have I been treated so rude when entering a hotel

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. The room was ok. Two queen beds. The room was clean, but dated. We did not have any problems. The check-in and out process was efficient. The front desk people were friendly.

This was my first visit. Property was clean. Breakfast was good and had decent variety. Room was comfortable and hotel was centrally located among local ski resorts. No complaints and I would stay here again. A couple of minor items in terms of feedback - the little pantry area was sold out of bottled water when I arrived and remained out throughout my stay. The desk chair was stuck in low position so was awkward.

Room was about the size of a sleeper compartment on a train. Hot water ran out mid shampoo. Only enough toiletries for one. 10-11:30 pm clear sound of woman’s in nearby room trying to fake an orgasm. Finally the John finished and all was quiet until she left about 20 min later. Temperature regulator didn’t work. Kept reverting to too hot for sleeping. Hair dryer had small piece of plastic handle missing, exposing electro wires to wet hand. Oh yes- no wheelie ramp to enter. Just narrow concrete steps into what looks like a back door. Someone was allowed to park a

Room was worn. Carpet was lifting up at floor transition into the bathroom. Shower knob felt like it was going to fall off. No "do not disturb sign" in room. No coffee creamer for breakfast (3 mornings), told it did not arrive with delivery, would have thought staff would just have bought some at a store. Upon dropping the keys off at 6am, startled/woke person sleeping on the couch next to the front office desk.

The staff here are exceptional! The room was clean and comfortable as well as the the entire facility. We were recently stranded here for three days when our vehicle broke down in the midst of a cross country move. The staff (especially Alex) went above and beyond to help us out and get us back on the road. In the true meaning of hospitality, they were gracious and helpful to complete strangers during a very stressful time. Highly recommend!

I recently was booked here for a conference I had in Breckenridge. First, I'll start with the positive - the staff was very friendly and my room was clean. The sheets, pillows, and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, there is AC/heat, and I was provided with the regular amenities (small coffee maker, ice bucket, iron, lotion, soap, etc.). There was also a small snack bar and ice machine on the first floor, and even though I didn't try the breakfast, it was provided for free. Now the cons, and the reason I rated this place 2 stars - before heading up to the hotel, I checked out the pictures online to try to get a sense of where I would be staying. Some pics showed refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms, and the rooms looked spacious online, even the rooms with 1 queen bed (which is the room I stayed in). When I arrived to my room, I could not believe how SMALL the room was - nothing at all like the pictures. There was the bathroom near the entrance, and then a wall, small end table, bed, another small end table, and then the outer wall (with a small window and a ledge). There was also a small closet with a ~24" television on top of it, and a small desk with a chair and coffee maker. If the pictures had been accurate and I knew what to expect, I could have given this place 3 stars because of the pros I listed above. If you just need a small space to sleep during your stay and don't need a lot of bells and whistles, this would work. However, if you need a little more space to spread out and "put your feet up" during your stay, or if you have more than 1 person in the room, don't believe the pictures on the website OR make sure you get a room with two beds instead of getting a room with only one bed. The room I had was definitely not worth the price charged per night and was pretty cramped.

Clean & comfy room. Good location with access to I-70, food, shopping, etc. Dog friendly. We were competing at a dog nosework event in Leadville. Expensive. I used my Wyndham points for 1 night to offset the expense. Did not eat the breakfast - powdered eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, fruit. Better options than most places I have stayed recently.
