The Place: The other reviews describe the Over-the-Top English period decoration of the place. As owner Tommy said, his wife is English and this is the result of over 23 years of colleting. The rooms are large and the beds superb. You will be blown away when you see the room (we stayed in the Prince Albert room). You have...

Our stay at the inn was in August of 2011. The inn is a very old building that has been taken care of. If stairs are a problem for you look elsewhere. There are a lot of small stairways that are very steep. My wife loved the Victorian decorations in our room. My son & I would have preferred something...

This place is filled with antiques and each room has its own character. We stayed in the Charles Dickens suite, which had a comfortable bed and separate sitting room. Dickens-like top hats, top coats, and other consistent items (suit cases and trunks to represent the time he spent speaking or reading from his novels) adorned one room or the other....

Very comfortable rooms, delicious gourmet breakfasts, friendly hosts. The inn is modeled after an English B and B with many, many English antiques and artifacts. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night and it was excellent and very reasonable. Highly recommended.

We visited the Inn of Glen Haven on the advice of a friend. We are delighted to have happened upon this absolute treasure. The inn looks rustic from the outside and is decorated inside in a Victoriana style - with many antiques from Europe. The rooms are decorated in period style and themed after famous British characters like Sherlock Holmes...

This was such a beautiful place nestled in the Rockies. A truly relaxing getaway that makes you feel as though you've stepped back in time (late 19th Century decor). The staff is helpful & kind, but also non-invansive, allowing for us to feel comfortably welcome like a home away from home. Also noted was the cleanliness. Even with all the...

Decided to try this spot for cocktails and appetizers and maybe dinner later. Upon arrival, were told that we could not be served without first having dinner reservations because of lack of space. This was at 5:30 in the evening with the only two other patrons in the dining room. Website says come and enjoy cocktails--no mention of required dinner....

VERY close to Estes Park, this was a wonderfully romantic and beautiful place to unwind and be frivolous. From the English pub to the Shabby chic decor and elegant dining, every second put the purr in perfect. Tom and Sheila (owners) are welcoming hosts without putting on airs...come as you are, but from jeans to gemstones, one is at home.

We were so relaxed here, no hussle and bussle and crowds. We wore our blue jeans and had cocktails while visiting with the owners, laughed and had a fantastic dinner with wine. We don't go out for dinner very often but when we do we like to feel that we got what we paid for and not wished we would...

The Inn is a perfect getaway - especially if you enjoy gobs of charm, history, and top tier service. The Innkeepers are as delightful as any you'll find on British TV - you will leave with at least a couple of new friends - the perfect blend of privacy and mingling. The old lodge is full of history and a...
