Beautiful old hotel. Unique experience. Staff is top notch. If you are looking for the familiar and franchise, this is not the hotel for you. If you are looking for something different and opportunity to be pampered, this is the place.

This Historic Hotel has so much potential. The only problem is it does not have the right owner, seems like the owner just can't figure it out....so one of the most historic hotels in the U.S. cannot realize its full potential to be great again....More
This was supposed to be a spring break get away for my daughter but the experience at this hotel nearly ruined the weekend. It is NOT a place you want to go for a get away at all. We had a terrible room and paid...More
I took my children and grandchild to Hotel Colorado for Xmas celebrations. We had a wonderful time. The rooms were lovely, the staff helpful, the lobby gorgeous and the location was within walking distance to everything we did. We would go again in a second!

There is the hot springs outdoor pool and spa and one of my favorites is the Vapor Caves where you can relax in a natural underground cave setting with natural hot steam from the Yampa hot springs! it's great and they also offer massages! Yampa Vapor Caves...and the pool of course.
